Should pop up every time you enter the store, unless you turned it off.
Not to enter the code though, to buy one. It says in the store you can buy one from the list, but nothings there
where were you when i gave out 3 codes the other day
Oh I was there, sir
But because I'm renting people said I shouldn't get one (:'(). I've had the game via GameFly since it came out and no plans to send it back. Have the 3 game plan and am struggling to use up all 3. Had just BC 2 for a couple of weeks and then took a chance on that Vancouver Olympics game. MIIISSTAAAAAKE

Getting pretty tired of seemingly every game being played on shitty Nelson fucking Bay
Yeah Nelson Bay seems to keep up a bizarrely large amount of the time. I don't mind it that much as a map, but it gets fairly repetitive.
new maps out tommorow one for rush and one for conquest

That Conquest variation in that desert town is gonna be chaos.
Maps are up and working properly. First time. With no need for an update.
Hey kalyx how did that knife feel when I stuck it in your face?
Better than the clip I emptied on you I'm sure.
Just bought this. On the third mission of campaign, loving it so far. Because it's comical just makes me want to play it more than I wanted to play MW2's.
Gonna have to jump online sometime. |
Still not touched campaign and still don't really want to. Dunno.
No interest in single player.

Campaign was pretty good but think the first one was slighty better. Still had plenty of humour in it, although I'm pretty sure Haggard was voice by someone different this time round. It worth a run through, only takes around 6-8 hours to do it.
nope, same guy
Me and Extreme tore it up for a few games this morning. He's pretty versed already.
Finally getting the groove with Assault, loving that 'rough neck, expendable' rush of battle. I CANNOT get my Veteran status working. Fucking stupid EA making it a website activation instead of through the game. And guess what - the website missed read my email and attached my EA account to my PS3 ID! WTF?!? I couldn't even recover my PS3 ID when I wanted to on a PS3 console, and EA manages to fish it out for no fucking reason. Gonna contact EA and see if they can attach my GT to my current Live ID. I have a feeling this will lead to further frustration... |
Squad Rush is the best mode in the game. Not only is it super competitive and balanced, it reveals recon whores for the bicthes they are. No excuses in this mode! I'm 3 and 0 so far, and that's working with a random squad. Can't wait to dominate with my usual boys.
squad rush is my new favorite game
Damn right.
Gonna be on today in the afternoon (EST).
Getting tired of being on the squad doing all of the work. 100% of the time, no bullshit, the objective my squad isn't watching will be armed and destroyed first (barring structural demolishes, and even then we're usually on point).
Gonna start inviting like crazy to get as much of my guys in one team as possible, even if we don't end up on the same squad. Also, if ever there would be a Bad Company 3 (or if the proper Battlefield 3 sequel adopts the squad system), there should be a Squad Leader who's allowed to talk to another Squad Leader for some sense cohesion beyond the actual squad. I'd love to coordinate a larger scale tactic, or just ask what the Hell the other squads are doing. It would still keep the chat channels from being spammed or overloaded if it's just the leaders communicating. |
Sorry for dropping, had some business.
That 4x sniper scope makes me feel like fuckin Superman. |
the dr pepper camo and achievements are finally available to redeem. got all 4 kits. we'll see how they look.
Pass. Paying for skins, in an FPS where you rarely get to see yourself, is not my cup of tea.
they are not available to buy. you enter in a code on the cap of a dr pepper to get them. only the uk can buy them.
Universal Dr. Pepper codes (Here is how for BC2 & all other EA titles, not just ME2)
<hr style="color: rgb(55, 59, 50); background-color: rgb(55, 59, 50);" size="1"> <!-- / icon and title --> <!-- message --> I am copying and pasting what someone posted on 360achievements.org, user Thelorn. They got it from someone else too as stated in the rest of the post. I have edited it slightly to make more sense. Here is the link to the Dr. Pepper promo page http://www.drpepper.com/promotions/ea/ The 4 universal codes are as follows. CBEEAAA41NWH CBEEAAAE4L9N CBEEAAAFQG9J CBEEAAAE98ZV Now, You can use the codes for BC2 You will need to make 4 different Dr.Pepper accounts. Try using Internet Explorer as trouble has been reported with firefox and chrome. 1. Create a new Dr.Pepper account 2. Enter the Universal Code 3. Right click the claim now button (for the Mass Effect Prize) and click copy link 4. Put link into your browser address bar 5. Change the =4 at the end of the bar to =3. (if it's already a =3 change to =4) 6. Hit enter 7. Claim whatever prize you want 8. Repeat 1-8 until desired amount of prizes. I DO NOT take credit for this find. Credit is due to poster Oreopatch from the following Bad Company 2 Official forum. http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/505226.page I have not done this though I am in the process of doing so right now but 20+ others have confirmed this method to work. I know this should be tagged onto the Dr. Pepper thread, but I figure more people should know! **Edit: I have done it and can confirm that this method works. ****Edit 2: The prizes for BC2 are currently for the 360 only. It is unknown whether or not redeeming now will still unlock it for your PS3 account tied to your EA profile. |
try that
yup thats what i did no use in wasting money for skins
also the new achievments arent working have to wait till they fix them |
yeah apparently you also need the 100 kill insignia for the achievements
Me, Ermax and a bud of his (and now mine) were fucking tearing it up yesterday. Epic wins, but the last game went to the other team, strictly because we were preoccupied while the last objective was armed. If you want something done right...
Traded this and MW2 in today :-\

Battlefield: BC2 console update coming May 11
by Griffin McElroy http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.en...writer_rss.gif { May 7th 2010 at 10:58AM } http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.jo...001xbox001.png http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.jo...station001.png <!-- sphereit start --> Recons! Medics! Assaults! Lend us your Engineers! If you're still adhering to your nightly routine of playing Battlefield: Bad Company 2 until your eyes refuse to stay open any longer, you'll be pleased to hear about some upcoming changes coming to console versions of the game. Unless, of course, you actually like the game's unkillable, super overpowered deathcopters. In that case, you're about to be sorely disappointed. Changes coming in the update -- due out May 11 via Xbox Live and PSN -- include a few balance tweaks of most weapons, a slight nerfing of the attack helicopter and an increase in the velocity of tracer darts, making it easier to stick 'em to that aforementioned helicopter. Joy! Check out the full list of changes after the jump. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 update changelog:

I just read about that G, but everyone on the site I read it at was just bitching about the SPECAT achievements rather than the improvements. Bunch of pansies.
Great improvements.
