Droford 09-28-2016 12:44 PM

You could have Jerry Rice and Calvin Johnson in their prime and without a competent QB theyd be worthlesd

Clerk 09-28-2016 12:47 PM

I'm taking Josh Gordon over any other reviever. 6"3 230 and probably the top 3 fastest players in the nfl. thats why they call him flash. plus probably the strongest reciever too. he's awesome to watch.

Emperor Smeat 09-28-2016 04:18 PM

 Rex Ryan going to a recent Patriots conference call just to ask who the Patriots were going to start at QB for the game this Sunday.

Quote:

As Patriots receiver Julian Edelman wrapped up a conference call with Buffalo reporters, Ryan -- who just entered the room for his news conference -- leaned over into the speakerphone and asked Edelman a question.

"Julian, this is, uh, Walt Patulski from The Buffalo News," Ryan said. "Are you playing quarterback this week?"

"Huh?" Edelman responded.

"Are you playing quarterback this week?" Ryan repeated.

"I'm gonna do whatever the coaches ask me to do," Edelman said, "so if they ask me to go out and get a glass a water to someone on the sideline, I'm gonna do that with a smile on my face if it helps our team win. So you can ask Coach that one."

"All right, Julian, I will, buddy," Rex said, as he laughed and walked to the lectern.

Ruien 09-28-2016 08:58 PM

Haha Rex is amazing. If I was a Bills fan I would want him to be the coach for a long time due to the team is going to suck regardless.

Clerk 09-29-2016 10:17 AM

No coach is better than Hue Jackson. Browns will go 13-3 or 12-4 once gordon gets back everyone's defense will be torched.

Stickman 09-29-2016 01:03 PM

Anyone else having a hard time trying to figure out their against the spread picks this week? I am also having a hard time picking for a loser pool. Tough week.

Ruien 09-29-2016 01:43 PM

Pick Miami.

Clerk 09-29-2016 01:50 PM

don't pick miami there terrible browns almost beat them but the kicker cant make a field goal lol

Droford 09-29-2016 05:02 PM

Wish it was more pts for the Jets..Probably have to go Seahawks -1.5
For whatever reason I like the Bills +4.5

Have fun watching him in the RFL (Rehab Football League)

Clerk 09-29-2016 05:47 PM

Fucking assholes he comes back in 1 week Ur team get shit on

Droford 09-29-2016 05:53 PM

He's entering Rehab..so..not coming back in 1 week

Clerk 09-30-2016 01:06 AM

Why why why. You had all this time to enter and you decide now is the best chance? It's fucking weed how hard could it be to quit? Only time I ever tried it I ate a roach. Omggggggg. At least terrele pryor is still a beast . Love his attitude that's how everyone should act . But Josh please u don't need rehab. I will catch a flight to Ohio and fucking teach u not to smoke gungadorian

I'm gambling on the football (outside of friendly bets) for the first time ever this week.

Wanna do a parlay. The only ones I feel any confidence at all in are Dallas -2 over SF, Arizona -7 1/2 over St Louis and Pittsburgh -4 1/2 over KC. MAYBE Detroit -2 1/2 over Chicago.

Might just do money line since I feel like a garbage touchdown is gonna fuck me up in one of these if I do go with a parlay.

They are going to release him.

http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/1...n?sf37518508=1

Clerk 09-30-2016 01:51 PM

Wow i hope we don't get rid of him that would be the dumbest thing ever. He would have came back next week we would have beat the redskins without him and beat the patriots with him. :( he's so good u don't need rehab . rehab is for scrubs how can u not just say no it's easy.

No
-Rosa Parks

Clerk 09-30-2016 01:53 PM

If they get rid of him I want everyone on the staff fired. Coaching staff and the general manager fired on the spot. No need to get rid of the BEST WR IN THE NFL. It would be so dumb.

SlickyTrickyDamon 09-30-2016 02:08 PM

Once he's clean the Pats will sign him and Brady will make him look like a god. Sorry about your damn luck.

I am leaning towards the Bills, but this game will go one of two ways, 1) tight game, 2) NE blows them out.

Clerk 09-30-2016 03:33 PM

He's already the best receiver in the league.

Droford 09-30-2016 05:16 PM

How can he be the best not having played in almost 2 years.

Clerk 09-30-2016 08:26 PM

I know your a bandwagon and the only time you see the Browns is when the media bashes them. You've never seen him play

SlickyTrickyDamon 09-30-2016 08:34 PM

That word you use. I do not think it means what you think it does.

As a Ravens fan I Have to watch 2 Browns games a year.

I even saw Gordon play 1 game live in Person..1 catch for 16 yards..the greatest 16 yard catch on NFL history

SlickyTrickyDamon 09-30-2016 09:46 PM

lolBills Sammy Watkins on the IR.

Clerk 09-30-2016 11:45 PM

Ravens fan? Lol ifb for u

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-01-2016 06:39 AM

Ravens suck lol idk why they try they'll never make it. They have a team full of nobody's i can't name 1 person sorry excuse for a team

Emperor Smeat 10-01-2016 06:25 PM

Pats recently signed Gronk's brother, Glenn Gronkowski, to the practice squad. All they need to do is convince another one of his brothers to unretire and play for them to compete the football Gronks set.

Another one of his brothers played for the team a few years ago.

I mentioned him because he's the only guy I know off too of my head that played for your Browns

I didn't think the London game would be on the schedule so early in the season today.

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-02-2016 10:46 AM

Jax winning by a TD/2 point. LOLColts.

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-02-2016 10:49 AM

If you kick it all the way out of the endzone you should have it at the 20. If you catch it and decide not to run it out for a touchback it should be 25.

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-02-2016 12:50 PM

Jax should have all their games in England. Colts lose!

Yeah. Didn't think the overseas schedule started this soon.

Emperor Smeat 10-02-2016 05:17 PM

Pats were way too sloopy against the Bills but going 3-1 without Brady was a lot better that I was expecting going into the season.

Probably wanted them out of the way early since none of those matchups are of real importance unlike later games in the season. Same for the quality of the matchups.

Clerk 10-02-2016 09:44 PM

Unbelievable

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-03-2016 05:13 PM

The punishment is over...for the Patriots.

Sorry about your damn luck, Browns.

Ruien 10-03-2016 08:26 PM

I am going to laugh so hard if Brady has a terrible game that leads to a Browns win. I feel 90% of the world will pick NE this week in their survival pool.

Evil Vito 10-03-2016 10:23 PM

This Giants team is in huge trouble.

Ruien 10-03-2016 10:51 PM

There is some life for you.

Evil Vito 10-03-2016 11:03 PM

The Vikings have been running the hurry up offense all game and the Giants look like they're still getting surprised in the 4th quarter.

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-03-2016 11:28 PM

Fight!

Ruien 10-03-2016 11:29 PM

Damn. Bradford was gifted an amazing team.

Evil Vito 10-04-2016 12:04 AM

Eli has just 4 TD and 4 INT over 4 games. And 3 of those TDs came in Week 1. With OBJ, Cruz, and Shepard the offense was meant to be built on big plays down field - instead they've barely looked down field at all because other teams have figured out they just need to have a few guys in cloud coverage to turn Eli into Captain Checkdown. Or in the case today, Captain Throwdown. I've never seen Eli play scared like this before, dude was just throwing balls into the ground within 2 seconds due to a total lack of trust in the pass protection around him.

Eli and McAdoo need to come up with a new attack before this season spirals out of control with Green Bay, Baltimore, and the always weird London trip coming up. Then the Eagles and Bengals after that. The Chicago and Cleveland cream puff games might come too late in the season to help them.

#1-norm-fan 10-04-2016 06:10 AM

So I feel like the NFL is trying to avoid bad press against the first female official ever after she just made, without exaggeration, maybe the worst call ever.

Emperor Smeat 10-04-2016 06:33 PM

Probably didn't help none of the other refs came to bail her out of the bad call but doesn't top the ending call by replacement refs at the end of Seahawks-Packers a few years ago.

That call was soo bad, the NFL immediately ended its lockout with the regular refs as a result.

Droford 10-05-2016 04:16 AM

I'd assume since Aquib Talib pulled a Plaxico Burgess that he gets suspended?

I don't know. I think that was was more of a mess and got more attention because of the whole replacement ref thing and the fact that it happened in a game people actually cared about.

As far as how bad the call was though, I think this one was worse.

ClockShot 10-08-2016 09:53 PM

Denver's starting Paxton Lynch this Sunday. Trevor Siemian shoulder ain't back to normal yet.

The future has arrived earlier than expected.

Emperor Smeat 10-08-2016 10:09 PM

Pats released guard Jonathan Cooper who came from the offseason trade with the Cards who got Chandler Jones in return.

Did it because Cooper has been struggling with injury problems and the rookie who took over has played well enough to keep his starting spot. Even his backup played well enough that the Pats didn't feel it was worth keeping Cooper just to be #3 on the depth chart.

SlickyTrickyDamon 10-08-2016 10:31 PM

Bing predicts Pats have a 78 percent chance of victory? The fuck are they smokin'. They could put 78 points on the board against those losers!

Droford 10-09-2016 12:24 PM

Today's parlay

Vikings -6.5
Titans +3.5
Eagles -3.5
Broncos -5.5
To win $7000

I know I got hosed on the Broncos line since its down to -4 due to Lynch but I figure the Broncos will run a lot vs Atlanta
