Possessing guns and amo isnt a horrible things. Its actually very common. Even the guns he had. It's the " not having the license " or what have you that gets him, but thats something that can be chalked down as just being stupid. I know 3 people that possess more guns and one who was in the army has over 8k of ammunition. Its not unheard of. Some people collect these guns and shoot them on a everyday basis.
