TMZ.com is reporting that Scott Hall was arrested on 4/6 on a domestic charged after he allegedly choked his girlfriend, Lisa Howell, at his home around 5 p.m. after he had drinking. Howell said that Hall had been drinking for two days when they got into an argument. She said that she tried to leave in her car when Hall grabbed her by the throat and dragged her out of the car. The police said Hall appeared heavily intoxicated when they arrived and they said that Howell showed several signs of physical injury so they arrested Hall on a domestic battery charge. Howell has refused to press charges thus far. It should also be noted that Hall was so drunk that the jail refused to book him and he had to be taken to a hospital and cleared before he could be incarcerated. |
