Talent is stretched thin enough in the NFL as it is. Adding 4 teams would be obscene.

Actually, Chael Sonnen once said

"If I was untalented and have no skill id join the nfl"

Innovator 01-09-2015 09:11 AM

Chael also said he was clean

road doggy dogg 01-09-2015 09:11 AM

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the NFL tried a stunt like adding 4 new teams or something. They are all about squeezing every last dollar they can out of the American consumer, why not bleed dry four untapped markets?

Evil Vito 01-09-2015 12:07 PM

The biggest thing with the NFL is that as it is now the divisions and schedule work out perfectly. 6 games vs. your division, 4 games vs. another division within the conference, 4 games vs. a division in the other conference, and the only variables being games against teams who finished the same place as you within your conference. Even if they bumped it to 18 games it'd be easy enough to figure out the extra 2 games (if you finish 1st you play the 1st AND 2nd place teams the next year).

Adding any more teams just messes things up royally. If they added 4 teams it would turn into 2 divisions of 9 teams per conference or something sloppy like that.

Cool @ Rams moving to LA...

I think SammyG prob liked them when/because they were the LA Rams, since he likes the Lakers and stuff I guess...

I think his dad used to live in LA so he grew up watching Rams and Lakers games.

Guys I did some research and I figured out that because the Bengals soundly defeated the Ravens twice this season, any accolades bestowed upon the Ravens must necessarily be given to the Bengals as well. In fact, technically the Bengals should get a higher award since they were better than the Ravens. It's all based on statistics. The numbers don't lie.

So I don't know about you, but I will be cheering for the Cincinnati Bengals this week against the New England Patriots.

Dunno how Tommy Brades plans on stopping T Sizzle and the Bengals pass rush this weekend.

I remember back in 2002 when the 14-2 Bucs won the Super Bowl, I took pride that the Saints, even though horrible, had beaten them those two times.

Droford 01-09-2015 07:01 PM

I wonder if Marvin Lewis wears his SB ring to games

Supreme Olajuwon 01-10-2015 08:22 AM

I would think he might in a game like Sunday when we play the Pats. It's a big game and he's got to keep our players focused. That being said, I have all the confidence in the world that my boy Joey Flax can lead our Bengals to victory.

Droford 01-10-2015 02:33 PM

I'm ready for the Ravens to beat Tom Brady another time in January. Game can't start fast enough.

Supreme Olajuwon 01-10-2015 02:52 PM

I feel ya, Broford. We got this!

Droford 01-10-2015 04:39 PM

Touchdown Ravens!

Made it look easy

Flacco 4-4 68 yards and a td

Droford 01-10-2015 04:49 PM

Steelers fired/let go Dick Lebeau about 2 minutes before this game started which is surprising

Fenix122 01-10-2015 05:00 PM

2 quick strikes for Baltimore. Moving the ball really well so far.

Droford 01-10-2015 05:00 PM

Droford 01-10-2015 05:14 PM

Goodell wearing a boston hat should show a little more impartiality

screech 01-10-2015 05:17 PM

Steve Smith down - dammit

Emperor Smeat 01-10-2015 05:31 PM

Really stupid penalty by the Pats.

Droford 01-10-2015 05:33 PM

If the Ravens can start getting to Brady that will be the difference in the game.. Those two sacks kept 3 pts off the scoreboard at least

Droford 01-10-2015 05:41 PM

How many times are they going to put it on the turf and recover.. Frustrating

screech 01-10-2015 05:49 PM

Stupid penalties...

Droford 01-10-2015 05:52 PM

Ravens need a score before the half.

Droford 01-10-2015 06:03 PM

Love me some Daryl Smith

Crimson 01-10-2015 06:42 PM

Woooo here we go. Didn't think the Ravens could pull this off but its lookin like deja vu

Droford 01-10-2015 06:42 PM

Droford 01-10-2015 06:53 PM
