Oh yeah, my b.

The way Matty and Gario have been playing the past few weeks they'll rack up 4 between them. Plus Priske is probably due 1. Plus Stefanovic hasn't scored for 2 seasons, so he'll curl in a freekick. Aaaaand Deano will probably get in on the act with 1.

Oh and Mendes with a 40 yard rocket from the outside of his boot.

So thaaaaats...Pompey 16-1 Liverpool (dodgy Gerrard penalty)

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

He then also complained that we had played against weakened teams and Arsenal didn't play Henry against us...

Hmm...thanks. Thought it might be Georgie Thompson, but upon closer inspection it isn't. She's pretty hot though. A FIT BIRD.

Rob Ban Fan 05-02-2006 08:03 PM

Yeah, Georgie Thompson aint bad. They normally have a graphic with the presenter's names on it at the start of the hour or when they swtich presenters over. But sitting there watching it waiting for the name graphic to come up could be pretty boring.

So i wouldn't bother.

An interesting note, on the ESPN.com poll right now, 62 percent of people think the US is going to advance at least to the quarterfinals of the World Cup. 20 percent said the championship game while 19 percent said not make it past the first round. MMMMMMMbop?

Y2Ant 05-02-2006 11:44 PM

Georgie Thompson is smokin'

Wolves have confirmed Glenn Hoddle is to remain as their manager.

The former England boss failed to guide Wanderers into the Championship play-offs this season and had subsequently been linked with Charlton following the weekend announcement by Addicks boss Alan Curbishley that he would be leaving The Valley after 15 years in charge.

But following a board meeting at Molineux on Tuesday, Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey confirmed Hoddle would continue as manager but will be forced to "operate within a reduced playing budget" after the club's parachute payments ended following relegation the Premiership two seasons ago.

Moxey, who had previously fuelled speculation that Hoddle may be on his way out of Molineux by claiming the season had been a "complete disaster", said: "It's no secret that the board and Glenn are disappointed with the team's failure to secure automatic promotion or a play-off spot, especially as everyone was well aware of the likely financial restraints for next season if we didn't achieve promotion.

"That said, Glenn is a proven manager and the board feel confident that he has the skills needed to rebuild the squad over the coming season.

"During the meeting, we clearly articulated that the loss of the Premiership parachute payment means that there will be a reduced budget for next season. Glenn accepts this and is now looking at how best to shape his squad with the money available.

"We will sit down with out-of-contract players and back-room staff shortly to discuss what this means to their futures.

"This aside, a reduced budget will necessitate a re-definition of the club's approach to player acquisition and inevitably lead to more opportunities for younger players from inside and outside the club.

"Throughout this process, the club needs the support of its fans. Most clubs go through a period of rebuilding at one time or another.

"Our time is now and we need the fans to understand the realities of working within a tighter budget while sharing our optimism about the development of a younger first-team squad that will compete as hard as possible in next year's Championship."

There's a few new lasses just been brought in recently, one of them has an absolutely banging set on her, but they haven't been added to the presenter lists as I think they're on a couple of weeks trial.

Also Georgie Thompson is hot as, Di Stewart is pretty fit as well, but its Kelly Dalglish all the way

Your people are deluded, they aren't gonna make the second round with the Italians and the Czechs in their group.

Looks like Rooney has a DOUBLE FRACTURE, and is pretty much gonna miss the World Cup.

Rob Ban Fan 05-03-2006 08:11 AM

Rooney's shit anyway, he'd only be a fringe player if he was fit.

Lets hope Heskey can grab his chance with both hands and show us he can be the player we all know he can be.

Couldn't agree more, he's been burying those chances for the Brum this season, a real talent.

For anyone who doesn't know, Total Network Solutions F.C. have put the naming rights to the club up for sale on ebay. Unfortunately, I think I've noticed a flaw in their plan, as ANYONE can now buy the naming rights...

WTF is with not having Friedel on there? He's nasty.

CSL 05-04-2006 01:22 PM

ALEX FERGUSON will launch a £10million bid for Michael Carrick — and Tottenham fear their midfield star wants to leave.

Manchester United boss Fergie has targeted the Geordie playmaker as the man he wants to anchor his midfield.

And anxious Spurs are already in the market for replacements, with Carrick, 24, reluctant to open talks about a new contract at White Hart Lane.

Fergie hopes to recruit two top central midfielders this summer and wants AC Milan’s Rino Gattuso to replace Roy Keane as a ball-winner.

Mahamadou Diarra was a target, but Lyon priced him out of the market with a £28m tag.

Carrick earns £15,000 a week at Spurs and is halfway through a four-year deal. Boss Martin Jol is keen to tie him down with an improved contract but knows the player is aware of United’s interest.

If Spurs are denied a Champions League place by bitter rivals Arsenal, the odds on the England star leaving will shorten even further.

That could be interesting...

He isn't good enough for United.

Now he is good enough for any midfield on the planet.

McDoogle 05-04-2006 05:53 PM

No way Milan will let Gattuso go. That and I doubt he'll wanna leave. He's a hero in the city and the country loves him.
