I said it in the other thread. The Colts earned that victory, as much as I didn't want to see it happen.

Rooting for Chicago for the Bowl though.

MTH15 01-21-2007 10:33 PM

Peyton deserved it WHAT A GAME

RP 01-21-2007 10:42 PM

Hmm you know what. I was gunna qoute all these negative qoutes. Especially the ones KingOfOldSchool has been making all year. But i dont have to. I think everyone pretty much realises that you're a flaming idiot. I dont have to go out of my way to make you look bad. Its just so obvious. BTW dumbass. Bandwagon is gone. I know you live in INDY. Dont be rooting for INDY. You tried to be the " Cool guy" like every year and act like the Colts cant win the big one and Manning is a choke artist. Sucks for you bro. I've been on the bandwagon since 1990 and i never gave up hope that we'd one day play the biggest game there is. I wish you handnt tried to be the " Cool Guy" cause maybe you could enjoy this even as half as much as i'm enjoying it right now. Like i said. Sucks for you.

What an unbelievable game. Anyone that says Manning cant win the big one, is just plain dumb. Sorry. The guy brought us back from 18 points down for god sakes. Unbelievable. This feels amazing and the Patriots were awsome. Best game i've seen in a long long time. I cannot wait for the Superbowl. This just feels amazing. All the tuff losses. All the bad mouthing of our team and Peyton. Man this feels great. Call me what you want on this board, but i never gave up hope in my team like KoOS and these other haters. Man this is amazing. I'm going to sleep so good tonight.

OssMan 01-21-2007 10:44 PM

didnt you go to the game?

Nervous Ferret 01-21-2007 10:44 PM

Way to go NOt Patriots!

DrA 01-21-2007 10:48 PM

The Colts still need to win the Super Bowl in order for Manning to not be a choke artist.

OssMan 01-21-2007 10:49 PM

by the way no one would be making nearly as big a deal of this if the colts beat the Ravens or something.

Jesus Shuttlesworth 01-21-2007 10:57 PM

Damn......Colts finally made it to the Superbowl

Just disappointed cuz Brady > Manning

lemme know when Manning makes Gaffney look like a pro bowler

Can't take anything away from Indy though, they finally won the big one, lets see what happens in the Superbowl

Pretty depressed right now though, this shit is gay

UmbrellaCorporation 01-21-2007 11:00 PM

lol, prophecy.

Watch the whole thing.

So here's hoping that the Colts destroy the Bears. And I mean destroy.

Jesus Shuttlesworth 01-21-2007 11:04 PM

Really depressed right now though, fucking can't believe this shit..........Patriots could have completely buried the Colts and Manning and all that gay shit for good............damn

But lets be for real. Manning came up huge when we needed him most. 3 years ago, Samule picks that pass and runs it back, its over. But Manning was amazing.

Jesus Shuttlesworth 01-21-2007 11:08 PM

Yeah ill admit Manning finally grew a ball sack

I am also hammered and cant blieve this shit, wow........fuck

VonErichLives 01-22-2007 12:16 AM

I'm too tired now to read all the posts but I'll say this.

Congrats RP and other Colts fans, what a great game to watch, what a great 2nd half comeback and game in general.

No excuses, no bad calls to blame, both teams were in positions to win the game, and the Colts did.

Good luck in the Superbowl, I think the Colts should beat the Bears, but the way the Bears destroyed the Saints today makes me think it could be a closer game then I originally thought.

Jesus Shuttlesworth 01-22-2007 12:20 AM

Def think the Colts are gonna win in the Superbowl, even though I don't want them too, but I can see them winning by 14+

RP 01-22-2007 12:22 AM

Reche Caldwell gave a new meaning to " Deer in Headlights " with those eyes. LOL What was wrong with dudes eyes?

RP 01-22-2007 01:37 AM

LOL @ Jim Mora Jr. " Coincidently " taking the assitant job in Seattle.

RP 01-22-2007 02:00 AM

I'll tell you what i really hate right now. And its weird cause i just realised this, but i really hate how bad Dan Marino's name is getting run through the mud. Intentionally or not. Everyone keeps saying stuff like " Manning is trying to not be the Marino of his era ". Like " Whoa you dont want to be like that loser Dan Marino , he sucks "

Dan Marino was amazing and all this Manning cant win the big game , stuff has really shined some unwanted critisicm on Dan Marino's career. Kind of sad.

Early thought on the Superbowl. If the Bears get behind early, it could be a blowout. If Rex Grossman has to make plays, the Bears are in trouble.

Joey Slugs 01-22-2007 02:36 AM

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

MIAMI BABY!

NOT DISAPOINTED IN MY BOYS

We need cornerbacks..

I've seen the Saints lose before and prolly will again..

Next year, the NFC is OURS..

Who Dat??

Yeah no shit. McKenzie's not bad for a #2 corner but Fred Thomas is an absolute joke. Any clue how much cap room you have? I'd imagine it's quite a bit considering how cheap the defence is. Go sign Nate Clements...

VonErichLives 01-22-2007 07:52 AM

next day... same feeling, disapointed, but not crushed... it's not like game 7, 2003 when Boone hit the HR.

The Colts played a great game, the Pats were in position to win, they had the ball, they had time outs, they had good feild position, and they lost.

Best quote I heard "At hald time everyone knew it was over, everyone except for the Colts".

Good for the Colts.

As for the Pats, well, we were a few yds and a few points away from another superbowl apperance, and we have two #1 picks next year. Samuel will be gone, he's an unrestricted free agent, and I think Grahm is a restricted free agent, and with Thomas & Watson, I wouldn't be shocked if they let Grahm get signed and took the compensation. I'll expect the first round picks going defense. CB being a big need and LB someone for depth and to learn the system a year or two behined the guys we have now.

Fred Thomas had over 1000 yards and 8 TD's thrown on him this season...

Get him outta here..

Sources: Vick will be exonerated for Miami incident

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick was not carrying marijuana or another illegal substance at the Miami airport and will be exonerated, league sources told ESPN's Chris Mortensen on Sunday.
On Wednesday, Vick surrendered a water bottle to security at Miami International Airport that authorities believed smelled like marijuana and contained a substance in a hidden compartment. Vick was not arrested and was allowed to board his flight to Atlanta.
When reached by The Associated Press on Sunday, NFL spokesman Greg Aiello wouldn't comment on the report.
Miami police had said it could take weeks to decide whether charges would be filed against Vick, a three-time Pro-Bowler.
A Falcons team source confirmed that the team expects to hear something formal by Monday

ESPN Breaking News:

Ride Over: Cowboys' Parcells Retiring

Bill Parcells made up his mind: He is leaving the Cowboys. Parcells, who was 34-30 in four seasons in Dallas, says he is retiring from coaching. The Cowboys fell to the Seahawks in a first-round playoff game and have since seen most of their coaching staff leave.
Story

Crippla 01-22-2007 12:17 PM

I think it's time he retires. He'll be a hall of fame coach imo.

RP 01-22-2007 01:09 PM

I'm willing to bet legit money that Jimmy Johnson gets rehired for the Cowboys job. I can see this coming from so far away.

Reche Caldwell is horrible, but how do both Caldwell and Brady not know what to do when Caldwell had no one covering him. There wasnt even anyone over the top. The Colts were in the wrong defense. Bathea the saftey, who would normally be over the top in cover 2, was the guy running from the LB position to get to Caldwell as the ball snapped. He took a horrible angle at getting to Caldwell. If Caldwell runs straight up the field and Brady just lofts it up. Caldwell runs right under the ball ( and probably drops it ) with no one withing 10 yards behind him. I guess it was Caldwells fault, but Brady snapped and immediately threw the ball to him. I thought that was lack of communication or experience with eachother. Thats something both guys should have known. I was shocked Caldwell broke it to a short hitch, screen type play. It was a sure TD if he just runs straight up field. Bathea was so horribly out of position.

Kris P Lettus 01-22-2007 01:24 PM

T.O. = Team Obliterator

SammyG 01-22-2007 02:25 PM

Fucking T.O. I hate that son of a bitch.

Not if Al Davis gets there first.

VonErichLives 01-22-2007 02:42 PM

Jimmy Johnson wont come back to coaching, he doesn't miss it the way the others do, he makes good money and has plenty of free time.

Caldwell, had some bad plays, but without his catch vs. SD the Pats don't go to Indy.

Parcells will sit out next season (since if he goes anywhere Dallas gets picks, since he still had 1yr left) then will probably end up as President/GM for the Giants.

ClockShot 01-22-2007 02:47 PM

The Tuna retired. Wow. He had a good career. Would have loved to see him win one more bowl.

So. Let the debating begin as to who gets the Dallas head coach job.

Either way he catches that ball hes picking up a large chunk of yardage

Outside of that one play, Caldwell really had a great season. I mean it makes a lot of people forget about the Deion Branch trade that everyone thought was such a horrible move. For as much criticism the Patriots front office took this past off season, the season turned out pretty alright. 4 points away from a Superbowl

Still fucking stupid that it is Manning and the gay Colts though but I guess you deserve it if you lose a 21-3 point lead...atleast we get to hear about how Manning calls the plays at the line for the next 2 weeks...HOORAY :D

Supreme Olajuwon 01-22-2007 03:06 PM

Jonathan Joseph got arrested for possession of marijuana

That's nine Bengals arrested for those keeping score at home.

This one should be interesting because Marvin said he was cracking down on discipline and he was going to get tougher. Joseph is essentially the future of the Bengals D so we'll see if Marvin has the balls to do anything drastic.

Kris P Lettus 01-22-2007 04:12 PM

I thought that was the tenth..

:?:

Or am I just thinking that because someone (CHris Henry??) got arrested twice??
