Yeah it would be nice to see Hamilton get one over a 2nd Toronto team. No doubt there would be a shitton of animosity towards a 2nd Toronto team. Say what you will about the Leafs and their fan base, but damn are they passionate.
I might buy season tickets for a Hamilton team if they get one. Don't know if I'd be a "fan" per se, but I'd definitely go to the games and let them grow on me. It'd only be about a 40m drive from work, could easily hit up games any day of the week |

Like I get their worth and all, but get ready for a lot of no hitting, no intensity games with the grinders and enforcers being phased out by puck possession players. Just not my cup of tea. At least when two teams going nowhere played a game you could look forward to a guy like Grimson taking on Probert with some nastiness to the game. I hate what the leaguevhas become.

Not much hockey talk going on here lately.
Any thoughts on the McDavid hand injury. Basically, people are complaining that he fought - because he hurt his hand. But if he had not have punched the glass and hurt his hand, all the articles the next morning would have been praising him for his toughness and sticking up for himself. TPWW hockey is going well, but I'm having second thoughts after I dropped Kyle Turris from my team. Too late though, one of the non-TPWW guys scooped him up. My potential loss. :p |

Right now the Preds would play the Flames. The Blackhawks need to make a run and get in first. I much rather play the Flames instead of the Blues. Blackhawks v Blues in the first round will be incredible though.
