Why would Mick let Stephen fire him tonight? Last I knew Foley was scheduled to stay on-screen as RAW GM through WM and THEN be written off so he can go and have the surgery or whatever it is he needs to have done.

I mean, I suppose they could pull a "Foley 'fires' himself/quits in order to deprive Stephanie of the pleasure of doing so", but doesn't seem like it would translate well on-screen.

And I doubt there's any truth to the rumors of Angle returning to WWE TV anytime before his HoF induction to supposedly fill the role...doesn't even seem 100% certain he'd take the "job".
