Droford 01-18-2015 09:21 PM

Pats will be a tough opponent for us Hawks, but I think we got this one.

There is no 12th man. They don't control the audio for the crowd at a neutral stadium. No "Goldberg....Goldberg...Goldberg" situation will be allowed.

The AFC playoff picture was incredibly boring this year. Once it became evident something was wrong with Peyton late in the year and they were fucked, it seemed like it was the Patriots and then "bleh".

Emperor Smeat 01-18-2015 09:52 PM

I'd add the Steelers into the mix as well since going into the playoffs they were being seen as a really dangerous threat to both the Pats and Broncos Super Bowl hopes.

OssMan 01-18-2015 09:52 PM

:D Pats won.

Ruien 01-18-2015 09:55 PM

Fuck this bullshit! COLTS NEXT YEAR BABY! Improving every year so that means next year is the SUPERBOWL FUCKING TIME! WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Ruien 01-18-2015 09:56 PM

Maaaan, how lucky is it for the Patriots to get Blount? Dude is a complete monster. Ya, the Patriots would have won this game anyway but my lord.

I don't know. Even though they came on late in the season, I still had trouble taking them seriously. They lost at home to the Bucs and the Saints this season and were handled relatively easily by the Jets. It was hard to imagine them competing for the conference title.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-18-2015 10:04 PM

Scott Zolak isn't losing his shit yet.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-18-2015 10:05 PM

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Droford 01-18-2015 10:17 PM

If the Patriots are on to Seattle that might be a problem

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-18-2015 10:19 PM

Scott Zolak didn't lose his shit. :(

Broncos hired Raven's Gary Kubiack as their new head coach.

Was teased prior to the Pats-Colts game but the Colts are currently working out on a new deal for Andrew Luck to make him the highest paid player in the NFL. Rumored to be in the $25 million per year range.

Falcons preparing to hire Seattle's Dan Quinn as their new head coach. Kyle Shanahan got hired as their new offensive coordinator.

As much as I'd love to see Seattle murder New England, I think we'll see a close game. As a Seahawks fan, New England scares me. Denver didn't scare me all that much last year since I knew that if we could shut the Bronco's offense down, they'd be done.

I'm expecting a close battle................and the Arizona fans will be firmly behind New England.

RoXer 01-19-2015 12:05 AM

There won't be Arizona fans.

Maybe like, 72 Cardinals fans were able to buy tickets.

I love Gronk, love Vince Wilfork, I'm fine with Brady/Belichick at this point knowing they're almost done, etc.

Will probably still root against the Pats only because of LeGarrette Blount. He's the only guy I don't want to see get a ring on that team. Basically getting rewarded for being a selfish, lazy piece of shit.

Lazy? He was upset he didn't have a snap. If anything it's him being upset he wasn't allowed to contribute.

Evil Vito 01-19-2015 11:39 AM

He didn't get a snap in part because he was said to be dogging it in practice. And the night he walked off Le'Veon Bell had a career game so there was literally no need for Blount on that evening. Doesn't mean he was never going to see the field again.

He just comes across as a dick.

this Deflate-Gate shit is ridiculous

Evil Vito 01-19-2015 10:50 PM

I think it'd be silly for anybody to think the Pats wouldn't have won that game without deflating the footballs. That being said if they're able to conclusively determine that they did it, I hope they get punished worse than SpyGate. It doesn't matter if the violation is far less severe, the fact is they've been caught cheating before and now may be cheating again.

They lost a first round pick for SpyGate, so I'd probably start with banning them from participating in the first two days of the draft, meaning they don't pick until round 4. Harsh? Yes. But if these cheating allegations wind up being true it's pretty clear the leadership in that organization is encouraging it.

The NFL would never do it though. The Patriots would simply appeal and probably win or get the sanctions lessened.

RP 01-19-2015 11:22 PM

Haven't read any replies yet. I just want to say some things.

First and foremost, the Colts got the shit kicked out of them. Anyone who's been here since 2004, knows I've lived this story before. Manning got the shit kicked out of him for years before he finally flipped the switch. I hate it!

From what I've read, the Colts didn't initiate this investigation. Im tired of hearing the sore loser narrative. The fact is, the Patriots have been caught cheating before. Its no one's fault but their own. And if they actually did deflate the balls, its so fucking lame on so many levels and sad really. They are a really good team. They don't need to cheat like that. It's pathetic. I have a feeling this will go away quietly.

Droford 01-20-2015 12:05 AM

When I saw the Ravens were interested un the former Broncos offensive coordinator i thought for a second why would Manning want to come to Baltimore? But its Adam Gase

Clerk 01-20-2015 11:23 AM

Thought's on Packers vs Seahawks?

Proved the NFL is rigged.
