These Seahawks are just Punking the Broncos right now.

Crimson 02-02-2014 10:08 PM

Seattle defense is playing against boys right now

James Steele 02-02-2014 10:08 PM

HE HAS BEEN TO 3 SUPER BOWLS AND WON A CHAMPIONSHIP! You are cherry picking the qualifications for greatness. When you look at all the aspects of his career, he is one of the greatest of all time. THE GREATEST, no, but he is one of the best.

Droford 02-02-2014 10:09 PM

People thought I was crazy saying Denver would only score 3 points..

Droford 02-02-2014 10:10 PM

At this point I think Denver like a fg to avoid the shutout

... Every great QB doesn't play on a great team in order to elevate them to champions. Some play on shit teams and elevate them to great. Like Peyton Manning did for most of his career in Indy.

SlickyTrickyDamon 02-02-2014 10:11 PM

Shutout bid over :(

Droford 02-02-2014 10:11 PM

Aww..no shutout

Krimzon7 02-02-2014 10:11 PM

Holy shit what a catch.

Innovator 02-02-2014 10:11 PM

Triple H thinks Seattle doesn't have the it factor

James Steele 02-02-2014 10:11 PM

They scored 7, Droford, so fuck off and die.

Droford 02-02-2014 10:12 PM

Not sure what would happen if settle managed to lose this game

James Steele 02-02-2014 10:12 PM

Now, the single greatest comeback of all time will commence.

Crimson 02-02-2014 10:12 PM

" the first of many 2 pt. Conversions to come". Does Aikman know something we don't??

Wrong

James Steele 02-02-2014 10:14 PM

 @ Morpheus commercial

Crimson 02-02-2014 10:15 PM

Alright guys. Manning has to bring the blitz to put pressure on Wilson. Or maybe he should cover Harvin on the outside?

James Steele 02-02-2014 10:15 PM

You can still fuck off and die, Droford.

James Steele 02-02-2014 10:15 PM

Manning has only had 8 incompletions.

I think he's confused. When it was 29-0 he said they needed 4 TDs and 3 2 point conversions.

Going isn't good enough to be considered the greatest James. Especially when you can look to the left and see Ben Roethlisberger who has a slew of passing yards, and has been to 3 superbowls too. Big Ben has managed to win two. Or how about Joe Montanna who went to four and won all of them. Of course, I'm going to mention Brady, who's been to FIVE SUPERBOWLS and won 3 titles. When you talk about the greatest and you compare records, and wins and losses and championships, how in the fuck do you put Peyton ahead of any of these guys?

James Steele 02-02-2014 10:17 PM

Manning has had roughly 80 missed tackles though. He shouldn't even be considered an All-Pro.

Football is a team sport. Look at the defenses they had compared to Mannings.

Get off of that. Those 'shit' teams were 12-4 and 13-3 on a regular basis.

Because of Payton Manning. He gets hurt and they go from 13-3 to 3-13.

2 of those 10 were picks, Statboy. Ergo, only 8 incompletions.

So why are we talking about the best quarterbacks ever? Let's talk about the best teams of all time...

SlickyTrickyDamon 02-02-2014 10:23 PM

An interception is an incompletion.

because YOU said he was the best QB ever. When its clearly Joe Montana.

Droford 02-02-2014 10:24 PM

Seattle could put 50 up..

I seriously doubt anyone saw that coming

No it isn't. He just completed it to the wrong team.

SlickyTrickyDamon 02-02-2014 10:25 PM

Not stat offiically wise I don't think.

Droford 02-02-2014 10:25 PM

I just want the Gatorade to be green so I can win $150 on that

SlickyTrickyDamon 02-02-2014 10:25 PM

He's 30/40.

James Steele 02-02-2014 10:26 PM

Krimzon, you are the one who thinks world titles in a team sport are the only measurable stat when determining the greatness of a position player in said sport. That is a laughable stance for anyone with any semblance of intelligence and able to have complex thoughts.

That is true. What happened when Peyton was healthy and Edgarrin James was a monster and Dwight Freeny was going to the pro bowl and marvin harrison and dallas clark and reggie wayne and all of those other shit players got to the playoffs? they'd lose 21-3 because the weakest link on the team, peyton manning, would find ways to put the football in somebody else hands.

30 of 40 with 2 picks. Hence 8 true incompletions a few of which were drops, but it is him choking and him alone whose entire legacy is determined by this game and the other one he lost since the other title game he won doesn't count because it doesn't fit our argument.
