The contestants on shows like Downfall where they get to pick the order of the categories are all so very stupid in that they pick the ones they know the best first, making it that much harder to advance when the "easy" categories are gone.

Frankly, playing into kayfabe and voting on just season 2, Kaval should not be No.1 and that is how I think it will go. Last time around atleast Daniel Bryan faced Jericho and Wade Barett in the first coupla weeks and that "sort of" explains his 1st place initially.
