Didn't like Lucky Louie on HBO but I taped this anyway. Will check it out tonight. I've heard good things.

Watched it today. Really enjoyed it. Though felt the scene with comics around poker table seemed forced and unnatural at times. Mainly thanks to Nick DiPaolos shitty acting. I enjoy Nick's work, but dunno felt he took away from it even though it fit his persona to a T.

Yeah, that scene was weird. The gay dude was a horrible actor also. Jim Norton was good though.

I heard the next episode will have lots of AIDS and cancer jokes...

There were funny moments and the faggot thing was interesting. It was just oddly acted. Felt like the scene should have been done Curb style where they had general idea of where it was to go but just improv it. All of them there are funny ass comedians , not so much actors I guess.

Thursday Nights at 10 is gonna be crowded. New Futurama eps start thursday as well. Im just going to record the replays of Louie at 11:30ish as long as they do them. Im also going to give that stupid looking Dog show Wilfred a shot but I cant see it lasting.

I thought the new ep was pretty lame..wasnt funny at all.

This show is "anti-funny" right? Like it's so unfunny intentionally that it's supposed to make you hate things that are funny?

Louis CK was nominated for an Emmy for best Actor in a Comedy, but I doubt he'll win.

The Sitcom thing just reminded me of his failed "Adult Sitcom type thing" on HBO Lucky Louie. I got the DVD set for $5 at Big Lots about 2 or 3 years ago. Which is funny cause I totally didnt put together that Pamela Adlon who plays Pamela in this played his wife Kim in Lucky Louie. Hit me like a ton of bricks all at one time..I was like..whoa there.

Im not really liking this season though. I dunno what it is..

That Dane Cook conversation was some heavy shit.

Probably the best show on TV. Along with Always Sunny. I need to see last night's episode though. Doug Stanhope is the reason I started doing stand up.

The one before it with Louie on Red Eye was hillarious. Jim Norton was just on there last night too.

and I really hate Stanhope but he played that part pretty well.

It was fun to see the annoying guy from Murphy Brown still alive and acting.

The kid saying "I diarrhead in the tub" is probably my favorite line from the season.

Loved this Late Show arc. Had no idea David Lynch was going to be on the show, "Here's the thing about that champ. That's short for champion."

Loved the arc as well. Louie actually looked pretty great as a late night host.

what a depressing season finale

It was still great. This may have been my favorite season. The kid going diarrhea in the tub is the funniest moment of the year.

I thought the late show was the season finale. I'm pissed I missed the actual finale.


Also the last 5 mins of part 1 of the late show arc was amongst the greatest things in the show. Gary Marshall nailed it.

I love that I can go so long without laughing in the show and yet I still enjoy it. Considering he's not an actor, Louie does really well, and the two girls as his daughters are great.

season finale was amazing. fav ep of the season by far
