The contest should start with the appropriate number of entrants from the outset to avoid flawed brackets.
Ties that result in triple threats shouldn't make a difference since only one winner advances out of any given matchup in a round.

That's the nature of it. This is why they promote them as unfair in wrestling. You can lose without taking the pin. In a three way you can get fucked over. Kinda like Tazz Dan and RSG's wedding nuptials
