What Is Your 'one' game......
 

What was the game (for any console) that you could dominate at? The one game that you could destroy all of your friends, the CPU or online opponents (if appicable)?

For me, it was Hot Shots Golf 3 for PS2..... not an overly popular game, but I was magical.....

all the wcw and wwf THQ/AKI produced games. starting with WCW vs nWo world tour up to WWF No Mercy.

If they make a 360 version of Hot Shots I'll own your soul.

The first Timesplitters. And not at first, but awhile after Super Smash Bros. Melee came out, I was untouchable.

Mario Party Series and majority wrestling games.

NHL games especially skill stick era

Word, plus DoR 1 and 2.

Techmo Super Bowl Football.

Probably Diablo 2. Probably.

Starfox 64.

UFC 09, NBA 2k8

Perfect Dark on the N64 and Super C on the NES. I would include fighting games but nobody else in the family or friends are interested in fighting games enough even though a couple of them own a few fighting games.

Used to be good on Madden up until 2004/2005 and then lost interest in the series and stopped playing or buying the yearly games.

DoR2, especially the ever-entertaining fatal-4-way last man standing matches.

The All You Can Quaff minigame in Castle Crashers.

Tekken Tag. Didnt even own the game, my best friend did. No one could touch me with Eddie and Hwoarang. Brian Fury was my next selection.

My friends would get so mad when I used Eddie because once I got to them, it was done, I'd hit like a 10 hit combo and they wouldnt have a chance, it was awesome.

Battlefield 2142. I ruled at that game online.

But from youth? Hmmmm.... Championship Manager (now known as Football Manager) or X-Com. I was decent at Tekken 1 and 2 as well with Paul. Oh yeah, Tetris too.

I know Hot Shots has released a newer game for PS3, but I can never find it in stores.....

I still haven't found anybody who could beat me at that.

I don't know about online but against friends and in terms of the 'Single Player' probably the third Tony Hawks Pro Skater game. I got to a point where I was able to complete pretty much everything in every stage first attempt and could get through everyones career mode quite quickly. I would love to see a return to this style of gameplay for the series, ever since they decided to go all open world and 'real' with the games it just hasn't been the same for me. Nothing beat having to collect S-K-A-T-E in every level and doing rediculous stuff in airports.

Except for the crashing. Always had to have 1 non-caw in there or shit crashed hard.

Medal of Honor for PSX

I was unbelievably good at it. Taking on friends using a rocket launcher using a shotgun ;)

Duke Nukem 64, Mortal Kombat 4, and any of the Guitar Heroes.

Oh, Super Smash Bros for N64.

I used to have a 3 on 1 vs level 9 computer characters with 100 stock life. Always won.

Had to be with Mario though, loved his dropkicks

Fifa. That's the only game I've really been good at because it's the only game I've ever been properly addicted to. I'm addicted to Madden too but have never played friends on it. Any other game I just lose interest pretty quickly tbh.

twisted metal 2

Twisted Metal 4 was another I was rather good at, made it through the game like 8 times on 4 lives.

I have gotten all the way to the crash bomb boss in megaman 2, without getting hit.

I am pretty nasty with Mario Kart 64.
I remember going 30-0 playing multiplayer battle several times.

You played that shitty game for 3 tournaments? Man. That takes some patience.

I don't think I've ever dominated a game. that usually went to my brother. Golden Eye was pretty much "the game" we all played multiplayer in and my brother would kill everyone. It would be 3 on 1 and he'd win.

Contra. I can play that without dying like five times in a row aka until I get tired of Contra.

My game that I play all the time because I can just breeze through it and I love is Duck Tales for the NES. Outstanding game

It really depended on my mood though, if I had a lousy day I could throw down and rip apart anybody or anything that came my way.

Four tournaments, I lost the third one

The game is hilarious to play with like 10 people sitting around watching

I have beaten this game like 18 times I think and in like 45 minutes, but I can't do that.

Pilotwings on SNES

Sensible soccer on the amiga, loved those games.

Against friends it was Mario Strikers Charged on Wii. When I played one on one against someone I showed mercy and won like 9-0. Then they thought the would team up against me. 3 against 1 and I whooped them 12-1. I felt bad about letting the goal get passed me. Then they decided they didn't want to play against me anymore.

Online... it used to be MarioKart for the Wii. Mew and my friend would race against the world and we would dominate. Cept sometimes he would win and I would win. Then I picked up Rosalina and then it was all over. Now... I can't compete at the same level I used to.

Also the Smackdown series... I just could not be beat.

That and Tecmo Super Bowl. I was dominant at both.
