Which Member Of Team Cena turns on him?
It is pretty obvious this is going to happen. So who is it going to be?
|
Bret Hart. He'll pretend to be hurt and it ends up being a handicap match, then it's revealed he's behind it all.
|
None of the above. Either Cena turns himself (which would be retarded at this point but I guess it'd just add to EVERYTHING being a set-up), or Triple H returns.

Yeah, but mostly they taste better.

A huge benefit of living in California. Mexican food everywhere. FUCKING EVERWHERE. Could probably swim in it. |
I'm betting NJ Mexican food is no where near the quality as Cali Mexican food.

Now we're talking tacos! And FTR...Cena turns. If you can't beat em, join em |

Choco-Taco's are amazingly delicious.
To be fair tho, they're basically a taco shaped version of those Drumstick ice cream cone things. |
The Trader you say? Well, if I had to guess I'd say either Jericho or Edge will be the celebrity guest revealed on Let's Make A Deal. Let's hope they don't get ZONKed, though. :shifty:

Chris Jericho seems like the best bet to turn.
|
John Morrison should turn heel at SummerSlam. His first feud is with John Cena, who he screws over.
|
I doubt anyone is going to turn although Jericho probably has a hand in getting Edge eliminated or Edge gets Jericho eliminated since those two hate each other.
|
oh dear...
I read this as "Which Member of Team Cena turns him on?" |
Tex-Mex is pretty good too, although I have no clue what the Tex parts are.
|
This isn't an elimination tag is it?
|
They may not be a turn (although it really wouldn't be surprising), but I do expect there to be enough discord on Team Cena that there are enough cracks for the Nexus to pick up the win.

I hope the Nexus win this match WITHOUT anyone joining. I mean, if, for example, Jericho wants to attack Edge and then walk out or something, that's fine. But I'm really digging the whole story with the Nexus being the new guys, and having them side with an old guy, even if it helps them with experience etc, just kinda defeats the purpose.

Which is why I worry the GM will align with them. Or vicey versey. And why I don't want Cena, Nipple H, or anyone else joining up. I'd prefer it if they win without any additional "drama," though. Jericho or Edge turning on the other and walking out is better than a swerve to join Nexus, but I'd rather they win by fucking up all seven, rather than beating up five. |
Morrison will end up winning the day.
|
Bret's turning, and i bet he's still the GM.The GM hired Nexus.Bret was "hurt" so the only way to communicate was through email. The Nexus beat up Vince and took him out.Bret hates Vince.bret is going to play the Bischoff role and they are taking over RAW.At least that's what i would do.
|
At least I HOPE it's Bret.
Bret spends time writing blogs on Facebook, so it's only natural he'd communicate through e-mail. |

If I had to guess, the whole "Edge & Jericho take each other out thing" seems very likely to happen. However, sometimes the obvious route is too easy to take, so maybe the writers will realize this and go w/ something else. I would love to see it come down to Wade & one other rookie (maybe Justin Gabriel) vs. Bret. They beat the crap out of Bret and the crowd starts to believe all hope is lost for team Cena..all of a sudden HHH's music hits, he storms the ring w/ sledgehammer in hand and looks pissed. He goes to Bret like he's there to help him and then...BAM..Pedigree..1-2-3... Nexus wins. Next night on Raw HHH is revealed as the "ringleader" of Nexus, getting him the heel turn he's been asking for.

I can easily see it being Bret. It would make the most sense out of all of them. At least it will give us heel sarcastic Bret Hart, who can be pretty funny at times

Who will turn heel? (Cena team Vs Nexus)
The IWC seems to think that there will be a heel turn from a member of Cena's team. If this is so, who is most likely to turn heel ?
1. Cena Yes it is long awaited but I don't believe Cena will turn as he makes too much money for wwe as face. It will go against the whole "Cena overcoming the odds" at each ppv, which is the template the writes follow. Conversely, it could set the stage for nose-in-law, HHH, to come back in and defeat Cena. 2. Edge and Jericho Jericho is an awesome heel! being heel gives me more storyline opportunities but I think Jericho turning again just wot have much shock value. Edge is roughly in the same boat. 3. Morrison It may be the big event moment where morrison can turn heel in a big way and pattern his career along the lines of what shawn michaels did in the early 90's. Being face does nothing for him. 4. Bret Hart It would be shocking to see Bret Hart turn heel. Very unlikely but Bret is such a great promo man as a heel. I know there's whole "bret aint good on the mic" perception but if you go back and watch Raws from 1997 you will see just how believable and amazing bret is a heel. This would open up more opportunity to use the Hart Dynasty who try to change their uncles mind. 5. Khali : no one would care. What are your opinions on this? |
it would make little sense for any of them to turn heel really.
|
You left off R-truth! Not that it matters... just sayin...
|
he is black so he doesnt count.
|
He could be as dark as they background of this forum, but he should still take mentions over the Great Khali....who is also pretty brown...and a shitty wrestler
|
wow
|
If its going to be anyone, it would be Hart.
Cena turning would just be retarded after all of this hullabaloo. Morrison, Truth, Khali, well, they're just not big enough names to align with the Nexus. Edge and Jericho just got the shit kicked out of them by the Nexus and are already heels...it would be silly, in this case, to "dupe" people like this. The same could be said for Hart, but you can spin in like he wanted to take down the WWE from within, and needed to get himself out of the way to avert suspicion. Wasn't he the one who officially signed them all? My guess though, if they take the heel turn route, is that someone gets laid out during the PPV or the weeks leading up to it(lets say, R-Truth). Mystery partner is necessary, out comes HHH during the match (ala Bash at the Beach), and he turns on the superfriends and reveals himself to be the mastermind. |
Creatively, I think the best two options would be Chris Jericho or John Morrison. As you said, Jericho is already sort of heel, so him turning at this point is a bit ridiculous. If Morrison does turn, then I don't think it should actually be to join Nexus. I just think some attitude would really help out Morrison's direction.

I don't think anyone will turn heel, bu the mastermind behind NNNNNNNNNNN will be revealed... Time to play the GAME!

Michael Cole will turn heel.

This couldn't go in any one of the million other 'who from Team Cena is gonna turn?' threads?
FTR, I say someone will likely just walk out and screw the team over, either Jericho or Edge. The Nexus are a well balanced team, 'Team Cena' is a group of people who dislike each other but have a common enemy in the Nexus. |

Let's make something clear because a lot of these suggestions don't make sense. Only Cena, Hart, and Morrison are the candidates to turn heel. Jericho and Edge are already heels. Putting them on "Team Superman" does not automatically make them faces. The day Jericho walks out to the ring and says "Neeeeever.....EEEVVVVER!" again, then he's a face.
Morrison needs something to jolt him because he sucks on the mic as a face; however, a heel turn would instantly kill his feud with Dibiase. Bret just went through all that business to make amends with the WWE, so turning him heel seems like a weird idea, but in the grand scheme of things, his explanation would make the most sense by giving the Harts something to do and a direct line to feud with the Nexus, besides the fact that they were attacked too. And as for Cena.... well, you could argue either way for that one. I want to see heel Cena, but to quote Mick Foley, I don't think WWE has the "testicular fortitude" to pull the trigger on that one. Besides, I cringe at the thought of how creative would get out of the hole they dug trying to explain why the Nexus beat up Cena every week if Cena is the man behind it all. Turning on Cena's Team, on the other hand.... now that's a whole nother story... |
like i said before and will repeat again - This is not a feud that NEEDS a double cross. Will it happen? Maybe because Cena is teaming with some of his most legendary heel opponents...but does the match need it?
It is a battle of good (wwe) vs evil (nxt) and SHOULD be kept as such. Summerslams championship matches are kinda weak (for a big 4 PPV anyways) so this PPV really could use a "feel good" victory or something like that. |

Heel turning on Cena=bigger heel, at least in theory. The guy who gives Nexus the win should get mad heat. A face turning would be an insta-heel turn, and depending on the guy, it could be a huge one, but a heel should get a good shot in the arm. |

I think as long as Nexus is put over strong it won't kill the group if they do happen to lose.

It's not whether they win or lose that worries me.

then what are you worried about exactly? Sorry to come off as a bit dense here.

...what if instead of a member of the team turning on Cena...
...CENA turns on all of THEM? PS: If that doesn't happen, I'd have to guess it'll be Bret Hart. There's no reason to put him in the match unless WWE wants him to take part in SOMETHING. |
Gotta love all the Khali votes. The sultan of sideburns is infecting his miiiiind.
|
I agree that this feud doesn't need a turn. I'm hoping the hints that a turn is coming are in fact the swerve. No turn, even though it seemed like one was going to happen "for sure."
Nexus is up against a team that is, arguably, perceived as all-around better. Nexus has only really been beating people due to the numbers game. The most believable way to have Nexus win is to reduce the numbers on Team Cena. You can't do it beforehand, or team Cena just gets a new member. (If they get Sheamus or HHH, there's your "turn.") So they'd have to drop the numbers during the match. Edge and Jericho. Nexus pulls some well thought out shenanigans mid-match to set up Edge and Jericho. Set up a collision, or duck a punch... catapult one into the other from behind, something. The canucks get into it, they're out of the match, Nexus has instant numbers advantage and can win. |
