I came home drunk and took Lampard and Rooney out for Drogba and Malouda. THen I woke up in the morning to that screen being there asking me to confirm my transfers so I'd done nothing at all. Had fecking Carson in goals cause Schwarzer didn't play as well :D

I took Milner, Parker and Doyle out for Valencia, Etherington and Fraizer Campbell. Depends on what Man Utd do tonight to determine whether that was a good decision.

I'm glad people were put off by Drogba as a lot of people will have removed him as captain at the very least.

Personally made the wrong decision in opting for Rooney as captain ahead of Lampard :mad:

With Cole suspended it looks like you are relying on Martin Kelly not playing for Liverpool tonight. if that was me, Hodgson would bring him on for the last 5 minutes just to spite me. Sir Alex seemed to do it all last season.

I've gone all out in a bid for recovery, played my wildcard and spent an hour organising this.

My squad is now as follows.

GK - Hart, Stockdale

DF - A Cole, Alex, Hangeland, M Richards, Naughton

MF - Gerrard, Malouda, Walcott, Wilshere, Routledge

FW - Rooney, Carroll, Rodellega

Having spent an hour messing about there, I've realised that via the 'administer' tab, as the leagues creator I have the power to ban people from scoring for particular gameweeks.

Anyone up for some sort of competition to have someone banned from scoring for a week?

I'm on 59 points for the week after Saturdays games. Which incidentally has pushed me up to 5th in the league.

Still got 12 points to come from Micah Richards and Joe Hart playing 90 minutes and keeping a clean sheet aswell.

Not holding out much hope for Gerrard playing, wish I'd had time to get on yesterday and sub him out for Rodellega.

yeah you have to be careful with the teams playing in Europe outside of Man Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal because their Premier League form suffers slightly. Fulham were like this in parts last season.

I put Bale and Dawson in because they looked like players that would increase in value while picking up points. Bale has but Dawson hasn't. Looks like Assou-Ekotto was the one to pick from Spurs' defence.

Hoping Walcott isn't out for the weekend after last night :(
