TNA IS GONNA CHANGE FOREVERZ!1!11!
From Dixie's Twitter:
"TNA iMPACT! is going LIVE on 10/7. Remember my tweet about how TNA is going to change forever? Stay Tuned." |
Again Dixie?
|
BAH GAWD

A hush of excited anticipation comes over the crowd...

TNA changes forever every 3 months.
|
TNA will go live every OTHER Thursday...
|
Someone take away Dixie's twitter privileges!
|
Sooo...
WCW = This is the greatest night in the history of our sport! (But it isn't) WWE = Anything can happen in the WWE! (But it doesn't) TNA = TNA is going to change forever! (But it doesn't) |
Carlos Colon Sr becomes the sixth on-air authority figure and Carlito debuts to be awarded the TNA world title personally by Dixie Carter because she thinks he's "cool". Calling it now.
|
Every time a wrestler comes into TNA, it changes forever.
What Dixie never tells us, is in what direction...positive or negative. |
|
My guess is Mike Knox's beard got a contract!

I think TNA just goes TOO LITERAL, like...ok...let's say they sign Carlito, for example. Is he on the TNA Roster right now? NO. But if they sign him, then he WOULD be on the roster...which WOULD change things forever, because prior to getting signed, he was in WWE, not TNA...and after getting signed, he would be in TNA, not WWE...
...so it WOULD change things forever... |
STONE COLD! STONE COLD! STONE COLD SHARK BOY IS COMING BACK!!!!!
|
Now I'll just wait for all the TNA marks to come into the thread and ask what WWE has done to revolutionise wrestling over the last (Random number) of years.
|
You know them too well, Tazz...
...you know them too well. |
Doesn't TNA go live every other week or something anyway? What's the big deal on this one night? Are "they" coming?

Twitter is this company's worst nightmares. If they're not making bold announcements about surprises that either don't materialize or don't matter, or giving away those surprises.

10/7 will be its final broadcast.
------------------------------- Imagine if Vince tweeted like Dixie. "OMG 900 Raws we will change forever" |
How many Impact! episodes have been aired so far? 200?

318, including the Fox Sports shows.
Holy shit... It's really fucked up that TNA is approaching WCW's tenure of existence. |
WCW was the man, though.

Note: I do not support the title of the youtube video. It's just the right video i wanted. |
I can see them doing something that is not what they were already doing. But changing TNA 'forever' is quite a remark. Probably won't be anything as big what she's saying, but if by some chance that it is, I want us all to remember this thread and how wrong we were.

Maybe by Changing TNA forever she means changing the name to something that doesn't sound like the acronym for Test and Albert.

i had an opinion about this news, but it has since been expressed

Short of bringing in Paul Heyman or Shane MacMahon or selling to Vince, what could they possibly do that will change TNA forever.
I guess they could change their name t o WCW 2.0. Such a shame - they have some really talented and entertaining wrestlers. |
And the beat goes on.......:nono:
|
They try to change so much but when all is said and done it always reverts to being 'same old TNA' after just a few weeks. They never seem to exhibit the type of forward planning necessary for big change and thus go back to auto pilot.
|
I don't fucking care anymore.

Dixie is going to have to realize soon that the only way to keep TNA going is by stripping for us on PPV.
|
Some of the retards that post in here don't even read the damn thread before they post..... I think this is good for TNA if it's every week that they are going live. They can actually debut people on IMPACT and not always set it aside to a PPV.

However, aside from The Pope TNA has yet to have an acquisition develope into a star under their banner. Hardy has gotten fatter and sloppier. Ken Anderson, who is a great talker and personality, has become stale. What is Orlando Jordan doing now? Why has the Knockouts Division, which once was one of the freshest things in wrestling and actually got ratings by featuring women who could wrestle, become three blondes bitching? Why the hell would you have Jay Lethal beat one of the greatest of all time in Ric Flair and then have him disappear on t.v.? They have so many inconsistencies with their story lines it's ridiculous. And as far as Impact debuts go, we've pretty much seen every "surprise" they have on Raw or Smackdown and even though WWE has let some good talent go, they're still WWE retreads. They keep trying to walk before they can crawl. Fix your story lines. Identify the young talent you want to make the foundation of the company and use them consistently instead of pushing them for a week and then dumping them for two weeks so Hogan can feud with Sting, Nash, or some other old guy past his prime. Then, go live. Otherwise, instead of us watching what is mostly a taped train wreck, we'll just be watching it live... until we've seen the Beautiful People (consistently their highest rated segment)... then we'll change the channel. |

If anyone's time has passed in the wrestling business it's the ECW guys. Never cared about any of those guys except for Foley and he's clearly past his prime. I liked the initial idea of Fourtune, but it just all seems so randomly put together. With the Horsemen, Flair was the mouthpiece/ star/ pretty boy, Arn was the capo/ second in the man and the other two were great wrestlers who could go and they all seemed to fit together. Same with Evolution, only this theme was past, present, future. All the guys were different but they fit. Fourtune... not so much. II think Kazarian was included because he bitches so much and Douglas Williams annoys the hell out of me and really doesn't fit in or contribute much. AJ's obviously being pushed as Flair's protege so he makes sense. Morgan as the "enforcer" is plausible as well. Beer Money is the top heel tag team so it makes sense to include them. Lethal would have been a decent surprise swerve and would probably benefit more in the long term from the association than anyone else. You could give him a young cocky heel persona after beating Flair and Flair could call him the future. |

Kaz was over with the crowd when I last watched TNA regularly. I think he got some wins over Christian Cage even.
Kaz seems to have gotten really big nowadays, though. |
