Chris Benoit: The Movie?
From PWInsider:
Lost Colony Entertainment announced today that they had purchased the television and film rights to adapt the Irv Muchnick book "Chris & Nancy" on the Benoit family tragedy. This basically means that they will have the rights to develop and sell the property or raise the funds to produce the film on their own. |
great awesome :( *sigh*
that shit would be to tragic
haha will be epic
Any idea on who's going to portray The Pegasus Kid and Woman?
Oh great, just what we need, this whole saga dug up again.
I can imagine the movie being something similar to the TV movie that was on The Simpsons about Homer's sexual harassment story in "Homer Badman". http://img819.imageshack.us/img819/5...dthesimpso.jpg |
...That movie is going to be a KILLER.
Get it? Thank u. |
I've been waiting for a good moment to use that.
I wouldnt get too hung up on it myself.
*IF* it gets funded.
...I wonder who's going to play Triple H and HBK in the triple threat match at WM20.
I have NOT read the book but since it was written about the tragedy I wonder how much wrestling related content the movie could have?

They should cast Tommy Wiseau as Chris Benoit.

I don't see why everyone's hating on a film that hasn't already been made.

If there is a movie made, the people who make it will basically just take the story itself, and develop it using other characters, not necessarily use their names (Chris Benoit, Nancy, and Daniel).
Sid and Nancy < Chris and Nancy
Michael Biehn should get the role, I always thought they looked similar anyway.

Who will be the villain?
Wait. |
Alright, they need a twist here, like have the Taskmaster get revenge on Benoit and Woman by siccing the Yeti on them and having him hump them all till their cold, put bibles under the wife and kid, and wipe his jizz from the crime scene. Anthony Hopkins can play Sullivan and ODB can play the Yeti.
