True. I'm surprised they didn't put Cena #1. I'm ok with the top 5. I might switch the order a little bit because I do feel Flair should have been there. I respect Undertaker and what he's done for wrestling, but to say he can tell a better story in the ring than Slick Ric is silly.

I also have a problem with Cena being above Hogan.

I agree completely. Their wrestling ability is basically tit for tat, and Hogan was the fucking wrestling God of the 80's. While Cena may be their poster boy now, he in no way compares to those on this list.

maybe they could pixelate his face Cops style, but no one could talk about him due to the WWE Gag order, so they would just pan to wrestlers staring at the camera or looking around the room. Then onto #17.....

<font color=goldenrod>#18 isn't Benoit. Flair and Dusty tied for #17, and as such there is no 18 by default.

Think of it as in sports. If two teams are tied in 1st place, the next closest team is technically in 3rd place.

That being said, I don't know why they couldn't have just put one at 17 and one at 18 instead of making it a fucking tie.</font>

Hogan and Cena exchanging places makes it a good list.

Really? I think he's good and worthy of this top 50 list, but not above the likes of Hogan, Flair, Triple H, Henning, Savage and Piper (plus more)

Oh and am I the only one interested in WWE putting together a BOTTOM 50 WWE Superstars DVD? Would be fucking awesome.

My roommate and I were speculating on this when they first announced that the DVD was coming out, basically trying to come out with who had the 50 best WWE careers so, obviously, we weren't thinking about guys like Thesz or Bockwinkel, since they were never "Superstars". We put 51, since we included Benoit. It's weird that our top four is identical to their list, but everything else on their list looks like it was randomized.

Awful. Hogan should be at least in the top 10 regardless of what you think of the guy. Edge ahead of Bruno Sammartino? nothing wrong with Edge..but to imagine Edge having more influence than Bruno is offensive.

Besides the order and ranking of a few wrestlers, the list itself is pretty good compared to other lists WWE does.

Hogan definitely deserved to be in the Top 10 for what he did for the WWE in the 1980s and early 1990s but the Top 5 was a good choice.

I think Hogan should've been higher, just because he's Hogan. I think Vince did that to piss him off.

Cena over Flair is not ridiculous. It's accurate. This is based on WWE, so all of Flair's NWA and WCW stuff is moot. Looking at WWE accolades alone, Cena is better than Flair.

If that's accurate, then how in the hell do you explain Harley Race at #6? Harley's WWE career over Flair's? Just sayin...being the "King" don't top championships.

If this were based on WWE over other promotions, Terry Funk would not be ahead of Hogan.

And Gorgeous George, who never wrestled in the WWWF, is #13.

Mentioned this earlier, it's not based on their WWE career, it's total. Harley Race would definitely not be 6 if this were the case.

It'd be harder to do a bottom 50. There'd be so much wrestlecrap to sift through, let alone trying to rank it all

When it comes to the term "Superstar" instead of "wrestler", my top four are easy.

I think JYD is a misprint for Lex Luger.

I think Jeff Hardy is a misprint for Tully Blanchard.

It's still ongoing, but I believe the top ten are pretty immovable. I do disagree with TPWW ranking Punk so high.

Punk could be a solid #7 in about 20 years.

I don't know how anyone can say Cena and Hogan are equals in the ring. Cena is a far better wrestler.
The rest is a whole other bag. Yes, Hogan's legacy and original run was way better, but come on.

This list also turns into another "define wrestler." Some choices make it seem like they're going by wrestling ability, while others make it seem like they're going by stardom.

Honestly, they just threw a list together. These things never really have much rhyme or reason other than who's included. The order is a crapshoot, and never consistent. So I'm good with it.
