Who's going to die next?

This applies only to TNA, ROH and WWE.

Make your predictions.

Razzamajazz 12-20-2010 05:06 PM

i was thinking of making a thread like this the other day, but the ensuing mini shitstorm and subsequent closing of it made me not do it.

but i say the iron sheik or jim duggan are getting there

whiteyford 12-20-2010 05:06 PM

Jeff Hardy

Jake the Snake should be your #1 answer otherwise.

Jakes never going to die, take it back:'(

MoFo 12-20-2010 05:26 PM

Going with Hulk Hogan.

James Steele 12-20-2010 05:26 PM

Jake Roberts is probably as close to a human pickle as you can get.

Scott Steiner is a good call.

Cool King 12-20-2010 05:47 PM

Bobby Heenan. :(

I am actually going to go with a sleeper pick...

http://www.obsessedwithwrestling.com...ujinami/02.jpg
Tatsumi Fujinami

Swiss Ultimate 12-20-2010 05:55 PM

Is he in ROH?

James Steele 12-20-2010 05:57 PM

ROH means nothing to me. He had been running the MUGA promotion alongside Nishimura since 2004. Upon Nishimura's exit, he renamed the promotion DRADITION. Pure catch wrestling as it was intended to be viewed by the masses. Only NJPW still offers the truest and purest form of professional wrestling this side of Manabu Nakanishi.

MIZantine Empire 12-20-2010 06:03 PM

batista is at that "steriod related death" age, so he is going to be my sleeper pick to die next. ure gonna say no way prob, but i would have said no way if u picked eddie the day before he died. my non sleeper pick is ric flair. i dont see him making it much longer to be honest

Swiss Ultimate 12-20-2010 06:05 PM

I could see Batista. Him or Rob Terry.

DLVH84 12-20-2010 06:44 PM

I'd say X-Pac or Chyna.

Shadrick 12-20-2010 06:46 PM

I have considered making this topic on the boards for a while...but for the previously mentioned reasons, I chose not to. Regardless...

Next to die...i'd honestly have to say Jeff Hardy, Scott Hall (if he didn't get the help), or Hogan.

Oh dude, I could totally see that.

Fuck, was I not clear with my directions? I meant wrestlers currently employed by TNA, ROH and WWE.

Swiss Ultimate 12-20-2010 06:48 PM

Also I think people's fear of getting shit on for making this kind of thread was silly.

I also look forward to the first person to lose their shit over this.

Furious Beardsley 12-20-2010 06:55 PM

Why has no one mentioned Scott Hall yet?

I'll go with Scott Hall

Razzamajazz 12-20-2010 06:55 PM

some people take their rasslin SRSLY and will make a stink over it and call the mods for help, but it also has to do with who the thread starter is.

glanville6 12-20-2010 07:06 PM

Weird pick... but...

Vince McMahon.

Just due to age. I know he is in great shape, but he is still aging and stress is a bitch.

DLVH84 12-20-2010 07:34 PM

As far as the people currently in the major American promotions (i.e. WWE, TNA, and ROH), I'd say Jeff Hardy would definitely take the cake by either drug overdose or committing suicide.

The One 12-20-2010 09:06 PM

Jake Roberts can't die. Don't you know the theory that if you are dying from enough ailments it's like all the death can't fit through the front door at the same time...this will explain it better...

a thread about people dying.... wow :nono:

Swiss Ultimate 12-20-2010 10:01 PM

Hey, most threads are about people living. How is it fair to leave out the dead and potentially dying?

btw adding in Jim Cornette via stress induced stroke

Swiss Ultimate 12-20-2010 10:14 PM

Good one Mofo, and I'm proud to say it fits the criteria that I set. He works for ROH and HAS wrestled in matches.

KIRA 12-21-2010 12:28 AM

Gotta go with Jeff Hardy via suicide

I mean the writings on the wall.

Swiss Ultimate 12-21-2010 12:29 AM

Suicide? I dunno. He seems more like Jimmy Hendrix than Kurt Cobain.

I dunno outside of the fact that unlike hardy those two actually had musical talent Jeff just strikes me as one of those guys whose life problems suddenly smack into him and in a moment of "clarity" boom!

Then again you may be right and he'll OD before he has a suicide epiphany and clock out entirely by mistake.

Bobby Heenan, unfortunately, because of all the health issues. Same goes for Superstar Billy Graham.

Theo Dious 12-21-2010 10:26 PM

For reasons I can't fully explain, I'm going to throw down on Dusty Rhodes. (I beleive he IS still employed by the McMahons.)

Unfortunately, that's true. However, at least they lived long good lives.

His dad did have Agina. Maybe you are getting sympathy Agina. Just be glad you didn't get a sympathy broken FREAKIN' neck!!

Sixx 12-23-2010 02:12 PM

Ric Flair.

He'd still probably just elbow drop to his grave.

Nightwing 12-23-2010 02:14 PM

Flair will old man flop onto the canvas and suffocate in his excessive rubbery chest.

D Mac 12-23-2010 02:54 PM

Flair will do that flop right into his grave.

That's completely fair and warranted, however ROH sees a lot of WWE and TNA wrestlers who are eithe transitioning or preparing to set their careers on indie mode. Also a lot of potential developmental guys reside there and that alone would make ROH significant for this thread.

Swish 12-23-2010 05:52 PM

I had a dream Vince McMahon passed away. so maybe him?..

X-Pac was mentioned but the creator of the thread dismissed it because he is not currently working with any of the top 3 feds.
I believe he is a reasonable candidate for the next dead wrestler.

Swiss Ultimate 12-25-2010 10:37 PM

I saw Pac at a FIP show in 2007 or 2008. He had a very good match. Jake was there too and smelled of vomit.

Swiss Ultimate 12-25-2010 10:54 PM

Okay let me try to explain. If some wrestler who is so fucked up right now that TNA, ROH or the WWE won't hire them then how big of a surprise is it when they die???

Chris Benoit fucking came out of nowhere for me. Eddie G as well. Owen Hart. If I wanted obvious answers I'd have added CZW and anything related to Ian Rotten. If I wanted easy answers I'd have just posted my predictions of has-beens who are headed to the grave.

Xpac, Jake "The Snake", any wrestler over 65, 99% of CZW, Jeff Hardy and Spike Dudley.

Vastardikai 12-25-2010 11:03 PM

I'm gonna say Malenko. He is the only member of the New Japan Three left, and he did have a heart issue earlier this year.

Swiss Ultimate 12-25-2010 11:06 PM

And he currently works with the WWE.

Calm down fella.. I was not trying to question your.... uh... question... I was only attempting to explain the ground rules you had set for this thread.

I see how you could mistake my tone for "excited" because of my use of "!!!" and capital letters.
