What is your favorite match of all time?
 

That one match that you still watch, either daily, weekly, or monthly. The match that to you never gets old? Mine would have to be WrestleMania 12, Shawn Michaels vs Bret Hart, Iron Man Match. I watch this match atleast once a month, it never gets old to me.

You watch an hour long match once a month? With no fast forwarding at all?

IMO it is a classic, and still a measuring stick to what wrestling is all about. Watching a hour long match is no different than someone re-watching their favorite tv show on dvd, favorite movie, etc. etc. So I don't see what your trying to pick at honestly.

This is a really hard call, but I'd probably say Chris Jericho VS Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania XIX. Amazing match, perfect length and even though I felt Jericho should've won, the finish made both men look amazing. Also, the low blow at the end is classic Jericho.

For me it's really a bunch of Michaels matches. I also wanna say HBK/Bulldog from IYH Beware of Dog and King of The Ring 96, Hell in a Cell with Taker and WM 25, Mind Games with Mankind, Summerslam with Triple H, a lot of the Jericho matches, Angle at WM, too man to mention honestly and they are too hard to rate. I just have certain preferences to some, like Diesel.

Brock Lesnar [c] v. Eddie Guerrero (for the WWE Heavyweight Championship, WWE No Way Out 2004)

I love the whole underdog story of Eddie Guerrero. Even the Goldberg interference in the match couldn't take away from how good it was. They had Goldberg interfere but that wasn't how Eddie won, Eddie won by cheating his way to victory. It was classic Eddie and it was Brock Lesnar at his monsterous best. Him shouting "Die Eddie Die" as Eddie simply wouldn't stay down. It was so good. I guess I can't truely explain why I love it so much. I love Eddie Guerrero but he's not one of my all time favorites. Same goes for Brock. But something about that match always gets me feeling like that is the best wresting would get...

Cage match right? It was awesome. Three way abdominal stretch spot looked good and Foley made a Jimmy Snuka style jump from the top of the cage.

I could never vote for a match over 20 minutes. Waaaaaaay too long to be interesting.

Everything about this match was absolutely perfect, and I'm so happy I was able to witness it all. The hype, the match itself, the after-match celebration, everything was spot-on.

Seriously though, I'd have to say the first Michaels/Taker. Followed by Michaels/Taker 2. The psychology is what does a match for me.

Close behind that is any of Austin's later matches. Brass set of balls that Austin. Dude goes to the ER nearly having a heart attack and competes in Wrestlemania the same day.

I know, opinions and all, but wat do you like about this dude?

Apart from the Arn Anderson spinebuster, this match was the drizzling shits of Flairs career. He blew up after like 5 seconds. Taker might as well have been working with a 220lbs sandbag.

Well, I like it because it pretty much was just the two of them beating the crap out of each other for like 10 minutes. It wasnt a "technical" match like Flair vs Steamboat they were hitting each other with whatever wasnt nailed down, they both were bleeding, and yes the Arn Anderson Spinebuster was an awesome suprise

Yeah I liked that Flair/Undertaker match. It wouldn't even register on my radar if I was doing any kind of 'greatest whatever' lists, but it was a pretty entertaining match.

But my pick is still the Triple H/Chris Benoit/Shawn Michaels triple threat match. I don't think anything will EVER top that.

Benoit and Sullivan feud was awesome because they HATED each other. So much so that Benoit murdered Sullivan's ex due to her previously having Sullivan's semen in her.

The Rock vs. Triple H- Ladder Match for the Intercontinental Championship at Summerslam 1998 is my favorite match of all time.

If strictly based upon what happens bell to bell, then I'm gonna go with Bret Hart v Owen Hart from Wrestlemania X.

If we include post-match events in with the actual match, then I'm gonna go with Jake Roberts v Randy Savage from This Tuesday in Texas.

I think that's the second best match on the Wrestlemania 18 card after Rock-Hogan. It's also one Taker's best matches in the streak. He's only had a couple: HBK WM 25 & 26, HHH WM 27, Batista WM 23 and Edge WM 24. Those and the Flair one are his best streak matches. The Kane one at WM 14 and Orton at WM 21 were decent.

I miss the atmosphere and how much the crowd was into it back in those days. The crowd goes nuts when The Rock gets tagged in, the crowd goes nuts after he hits the Rock Bottom, the Spinebuster, and even a clothesline. You don't hear that loud of a pop these days anymore
