Crowbar debuted as a gas station attendant at a gas station down the road from me.

Jordan 04-01-2011 12:57 AM

Norman Smiley is the GM for FCW

Lock Jaw 04-01-2011 01:19 AM

Who could forget any of those names?

Seth82 04-01-2011 01:28 AM

Here are a few...

The Maestro is wrestling in the indies under the shortened name The Stro. He had wrestled as Robbie Eagle and Gorgeous George III in SMW and USWA.

Maxx Muscle retired in 2001.

Reno retired in 2003 after WWA folded.

I knew that but thanks

Wolfpack423 04-01-2011 01:57 AM

Crowbar, Norman Smiley before the Screamin' gimmick, Reno and Kwee-Wee were all pretty decent in the ring I thought.

Seth82 04-01-2011 01:58 AM

Norman was actually a decent worker

He had been in the biz for a long time before his WCW stint

he worked in the old Florida territory IIRC in like 1986

Back before the days of knowing what a jobber was I used to always root for him because he was from baltimore even though I dont ever recall him winning a match.

Apparently he died at 37 so that sucks.

Hanso Amore 04-01-2011 01:36 PM

JUMPIN Joey Mags

I miss WCW worldwide with the shitty Rotating ring and like 75 person crowd.

Hard Working Bobby Walker
Men at Work
The Highway Patrol
Jim Powers
Craig Pitbull Pittman
The Cobra
The Gambler
Renegade
Disordlely Conduct
Wayne Blood
Mike Enos
Ice Train

Those guys made that show great

Nightwing 04-01-2011 01:37 PM

Fire & Ice FTW

Hanso Amore 04-01-2011 01:38 PM

I remember Watching Bobby Walker va Ric Flair on WCW worldwide in like early 1996 after he won the title back from Macho (then dropped to the giant)

I actually thought Hardworking Bobby walker was going to be the champ. Flair made him look that good.

For a jobber. On a shit show.

He's been in the Misfits since the 70's, one of the biggest punk bands in history. This guy has literally made millions from all the Misfits merchandise.

I'm assuming you were joking anyways.

Also, Seven looks like the Grim Reaper from Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey.

STATTTTTIOOOOOOOONNNNNNN

Renegade committed suicide in February 1999.

Evad Sullivan retired in 2003 and is now a football coach for the University of Nebraska.

Norman died of a heart attack in 2010.

Wayne Bloom retired in 1999.

Mike Enos retired in 2000.

CSL 04-01-2011 03:22 PM

WCW's The Loch Ness Monster....even though he was English.

Though the majority of the British posters will know him more as Giant Haystacks.

For the cause of death, yes. However, I always use old magazines for the majority of where they are.

Sick Boy aka Scott Vick (b. March 20 1973, 6'5, 250lbs, no children, dog named Chi-Chi) is not related in anyway to Michael Vick (baller, taken #1 overall, doesn't get on with dogs, likes chocolate milk and carrots but not at the same time blah blah blah a bunch of other stuff I searched and passed off as knowledge and fact)

Ice Train ended up being Ernest The Cat Miller's limo driver MI Smooth. Was it him that fought Norman Smiley in an I Quit match and Smiley refused to quit coz he couldn't speak or something, i don't remember.
