Xero 04-17-2011 10:12 PM

So apparently Angle almost broke his neck on a top rope powerbomb?

MIZantine Empire 04-17-2011 10:15 PM

god there is lol all over this ppv...sting puts on the scorpion death lock (which the announcers kept calling the scorpion) to rvd and anderson at the same time, (natty) and tazz goes "never been done before" (Natty) tna is such a joke. and for whoever is watching, what was up with brooke hogan trying to grab the chair from scott steiner? its sad that she can do what she wants cuz rogainemania is her daddy

it looked alot worse at first, he legit looked like he got dropped on his head, but they showed it a few more times and he basically did a back flip and landed on his stomach...like his moonsault he missed off the cage, lol..but nah it wasnt too bad just looked scary at first

Xero 04-17-2011 10:17 PM

Wait what? Brooke's back in TNA?

Why?

Ah lol.

Mr. JL 04-17-2011 10:22 PM

Yeah, it made me jump when I first saw the Angle powerbomb.

Sting/Anderon/RVD match was pretty good minus Hogan appearence. There were some interesting spots with the double scorpion

MIZantine Empire 04-17-2011 10:36 PM

it blows my mind that they still zoom in on flair when he blades...ho hum

JimmyMess 04-17-2011 10:37 PM

awful flair blade job. just watched him grab the damn blade lol

i didnt care for the championship match too much..seemed too forced..big spots for each person hitting their moves, then its over...at least it was longer then last months title match, lol

i have watched this, and one episode of impact in the last 2 months, so idk if she left, but all i know is it seems she is still using her daddy to be on tv..

JimmyMess 04-17-2011 10:40 PM

This is a real piece of shit.

I thought it was cool. Looks like they actually gave some effort and thought into the match. I just didn't care for the Hogan ending garbage.

Nicky Fives 04-17-2011 10:44 PM

After 10 minutes of watching the main event, my stream died..... I wasn't impressed with what I saw..... it went off with Daniels & Fatt Hardy on top of the cage.....

Mr. JL 04-17-2011 10:45 PM

Also, holy shit at Christopher Daniels cross body off the cage to the floor.

MIZantine Empire 04-17-2011 10:51 PM

ahahahahahahahahaha someone in my stream called it the "twist of fat" im still lol'ing

im sick of hogan, and i havent even been watching lately. him and bischoff need to eiffel tower russo, then dive head first into a industrial fan

Droford 04-17-2011 11:15 PM

did Madison Rayne pull a Jeff Hardy? after all this buildup she lost in like 30 seconds to Mickie James...

Gertner 04-17-2011 11:17 PM

This thread was better with my videos and pictures.

VSG 04-17-2011 11:27 PM

10:27 pm

15 minutes

Sunny Leone/Daisy Marie lesbian scene

Came. Hard.

Supreme Olajuwon 04-17-2011 11:40 PM

Live show was a lot of fun. Kurt Angle is a baller. Sucks that you guys are such faggots. Later blood.

VSG 04-17-2011 11:43 PM

I am sure it was fun live, doesn't change much for me. Read the results, looks like it will be Hogan-Sting now. GEE THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT TNA NEEDED!

Supreme Olajuwon 04-17-2011 11:46 PM

Right, nothing will change your faggocity.

Jordan 04-18-2011 12:05 AM

I enjoyed most of the PPV to be honest. Sting, Daniels, and AJ's return were the highlights I thought.

Ermaximus 04-18-2011 12:44 AM

Lol @ "Ultra Male" match between Angle and Jarrett. Great continuity there with Angle winning the first fall via submission when the first fall was pinfall only. Nice job TNA.

But. It worked in 1997!

It was confusing I know but that's not what happened. The first fall was clearly stated submission only, and I think Jarrett had the figure four on Angle and laid on his back, and the dumbass referee started a three count. It was the ref's fault and it totally threw off Taz and Tenay's flow because they were like "WTF". Dumbass reff, eventually Tenay just said what happened, the ref started counting out of habit, but that it would not count or finish the fall it was submission only.

It was a good match though, Angle is still really good and Jarrett is one of the only real old school guys left aside from Jerry Lawler, and he puts a lot of character into his matches, he's a good worker too.

Jordan 04-18-2011 01:43 AM

I've been home when TNA is playing lately I try to give it a go but I never pay attention the whole two hours, it's a clusterfuck. I didn't have shit to do today so I decided to look forward to seeing Sting in a good match tonight, and you know what, I didn't waste my time! Finally, that was like the first good Sting match I have seen in years, he's still got it man.

I agree with everything that guy said.

Rammsteinmad 04-18-2011 07:43 AM

World title match was going well, until, as usual, Hogan has to come out and bask in the spotlight, and as usual, another great TNA match ruined my pointless drama/run-ins etc. :nono:

Rammsteinmad 04-18-2011 07:44 AM

Awesome to see a pretty big audience as well. :y:

Did Hulk Hogan rape your mother or something? Jesus, let it go.

MoFo 04-18-2011 08:49 AM

TNA should stop adding stipulations to matches all the time. Madison v Mickie didn't need any stip for how short and pointless the match was.

That being said, quite good PPV. I love Bully Ray, btw.

Oh ok, Hulk Hogan is now my favourite wrestler because Supreme Olajuwon told me to 'let it go'. Whoo Hogan!!!

Supreme Olajuwon 04-18-2011 09:00 AM

Yup, those are the only two possible options.

Supreme Olajuwon 04-18-2011 09:01 AM

Or door #3, you can dislike someone without telling the world about it at every opportunity or letting it ruin what would otherwise be a good experience.

Rammsteinmad 04-18-2011 10:29 AM

I'm touched.

I never realised my opinion meant so much to someone.

:'(

Supreme Olajuwon 04-18-2011 10:41 AM

Are you really that affected by Hulk Hogan that you shut down and go to a defense mechanism the instant somebody challenges your opinion?

Innovator 04-18-2011 10:57 AM

Cmon Rammstein, Stevie Wonder sees that Hogan is getting ready for a in ring return.

We need other blind celebrities Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles need to be retired from this saying.

Supreme Olajuwon 04-18-2011 11:03 AM

Beethoven can hear a Hogan return coming a mile away.

DLVH84 04-18-2011 11:06 AM

Oh great...Bulk Baldgan is returning...woo hoo...NOT!!!

Challenge away. Won't change my opinion though.

Supreme Olajuwon 04-18-2011 11:20 AM

Well that's sad. Letting irrational hatred ruin your fun is a depressing way to live one's life.

Rammsteinmad 04-18-2011 11:23 AM

Not really. It's not like I sit at home all time doing nothing but obsessing over Hulk Hogan.

The PPV was pretty good. I enjoyed it. Just this one *ahem*minor hiccup*ahem* that turned a good title match into a 'here we go again' moment.

mhirn3 04-18-2011 02:45 PM

Here's the half of the crowd you didn't see on tv(and I didn't see in the arena)

St. Jimmy 04-18-2011 06:42 PM

what the fuck was this ppv? Sting retains, a bunch of young guys beat up Ric Flair? That was crap.

Was that taken before or during the event, because the crowd looks insanely bored.

The kid at the bottom right of the picture is presumably sleeping, the guy infront of him with the red hat looks bored judging by his body language and the same goes for the guy at the right of the picture wearing the white top and watch.

And everyone else is just sitting there watching. Not even sitting and cheering/booing. Just watching. :-\

Rammsteinmad 04-18-2011 07:03 PM

Cool King should be a detective. :y:

But according to one of the reports on the home page, the audience were really into it the entire night, and they certainly looked like it on the TV side of things. My guess is that this was before the event. Especially because if this was during the event, surely wouldn't the people move down to the rows further upfront once it was clear nobody would be sitting there?

Either way, the side they showed on TV was full, and it looked great for TNA.
