"Official" Lockdown Thread . Lets hope its better than the last TNA PPV.
Here it is for who ever is watching it . Borash tweeted it was the biggest live crowd in TNA history . Xscape match is first.
|
Scott Steiner is amazing.
|

"this thread is now about ____________"? |
April 17, 2011, 9:05PM: Pooped.

|
Was he drunk when he did the RKO?
:shifty: |
So apparently Angle almost broke his neck on a top rope powerbomb?
|
god there is lol all over this ppv...sting puts on the scorpion death lock (which the announcers kept calling the scorpion) to rvd and anderson at the same time, (natty) and tazz goes "never been done before" (Natty) tna is such a joke. and for whoever is watching, what was up with brooke hogan trying to grab the chair from scott steiner? its sad that she can do what she wants cuz rogainemania is her daddy

Wait what? Brooke's back in TNA?
Why? |

Yeah, it made me jump when I first saw the Angle powerbomb.
Sting/Anderon/RVD match was pretty good minus Hogan appearence. There were some interesting spots with the double scorpion |
it blows my mind that they still zoom in on flair when he blades...ho hum
|
awful flair blade job. just watched him grab the damn blade lol

15 minutes Sunny Leone/Daisy Marie lesbian scene Came. Hard. |
Live show was a lot of fun. Kurt Angle is a baller. Sucks that you guys are such faggots. Later blood.
|
I am sure it was fun live, doesn't change much for me. Read the results, looks like it will be Hogan-Sting now. GEE THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT TNA NEEDED!
|
Right, nothing will change your faggocity.
|
I enjoyed most of the PPV to be honest. Sting, Daniels, and AJ's return were the highlights I thought.
|
Lol @ "Ultra Male" match between Angle and Jarrett. Great continuity there with Angle winning the first fall via submission when the first fall was pinfall only. Nice job TNA.

It was a good match though, Angle is still really good and Jarrett is one of the only real old school guys left aside from Jerry Lawler, and he puts a lot of character into his matches, he's a good worker too. |
I've been home when TNA is playing lately I try to give it a go but I never pay attention the whole two hours, it's a clusterfuck. I didn't have shit to do today so I decided to look forward to seeing Sting in a good match tonight, and you know what, I didn't waste my time! Finally, that was like the first good Sting match I have seen in years, he's still got it man.

World title match was going well, until, as usual, Hogan has to come out and bask in the spotlight, and as usual, another great TNA match ruined my pointless drama/run-ins etc. :nono:
|
Awesome to see a pretty big audience as well. :y:

TNA should stop adding stipulations to matches all the time. Madison v Mickie didn't need any stip for how short and pointless the match was.
That being said, quite good PPV. I love Bully Ray, btw. |

Yup, those are the only two possible options.
|
Or door #3, you can dislike someone without telling the world about it at every opportunity or letting it ruin what would otherwise be a good experience.
|
I'm touched.
I never realised my opinion meant so much to someone. :'( |
Are you really that affected by Hulk Hogan that you shut down and go to a defense mechanism the instant somebody challenges your opinion?
|
Cmon Rammstein, Stevie Wonder sees that Hogan is getting ready for a in ring return.

Beethoven can hear a Hogan return coming a mile away.
|
Oh great...Bulk Baldgan is returning...woo hoo...NOT!!!

Well that's sad. Letting irrational hatred ruin your fun is a depressing way to live one's life.
|
Not really. It's not like I sit at home all time doing nothing but obsessing over Hulk Hogan.
The PPV was pretty good. I enjoyed it. Just this one *ahem*minor hiccup*ahem* that turned a good title match into a 'here we go again' moment. |
Here's the half of the crowd you didn't see on tv(and I didn't see in the arena)

what the fuck was this ppv? Sting retains, a bunch of young guys beat up Ric Flair? That was crap.

The kid at the bottom right of the picture is presumably sleeping, the guy infront of him with the red hat looks bored judging by his body language and the same goes for the guy at the right of the picture wearing the white top and watch. And everyone else is just sitting there watching. Not even sitting and cheering/booing. Just watching. :-\ |
Cool King should be a detective. :y:
But according to one of the reports on the home page, the audience were really into it the entire night, and they certainly looked like it on the TV side of things. My guess is that this was before the event. Especially because if this was during the event, surely wouldn't the people move down to the rows further upfront once it was clear nobody would be sitting there? Either way, the side they showed on TV was full, and it looked great for TNA. |
