and many more are going to be in the Krazyhouse in Liverpool. This Friday. Been looking forward to this for weeks :). Kevin Nash was supposed to be attending but had conflicts and fucked up. |

Wouldn't trust this as far as I could throw it. Nash was originally advertised but turns out he was booked in Scotland the same night (you'd think any quarter worthy promoter would have known this beforehand, let alone go ahead and advertise him), the event and it's details have been changed around a bunch of times, the 'promoter' looks about 12, the artwork/posters etc looks like it was done by someone younger not to mention they have WWE logos all over them, appearances are conveniently 'subject to change' etc, there's been shit already with Nash himself, DDP and others supposed to be coming over for 1PW but getting fucked on money etc. I'll believe they're going to be there when people actually see them. Sounds like a cowboy job, I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Still nothing on the Krazyhouse website 2 days beforehand, the 1PW show is set for a 6pm start and they used to be notorious for over running, not sure how far away Ellesmere Port (the 1PW location) is away from this Krazyhouse venue, just the one poster on their Facebook page still etc. It's either shoddy work from the promoter/the venue/the people in charge of getting this around (imagine that on the UK wrestling scene) or it's bullshit. Spend your money on a train ticket to Kilmarnock and go see Nash Daddy for BCW ;) Or wait for HBK to come over in October.

lol I have no idea, haven't really been keeping track of this stuff, pretty sure he's not over this week though. I know he was scheduled to be coming over for a few appearances in October, some linked to 1PW ('questionable' history) and some to A-Merchandise (usually reliable) which were announced later. There's been some shit with 1PW and DDP, Nash etc advertising them and then stiffing them on money and now they aren't going to be working for 1PW. No idea where HBK stands without digging around which I'm too lazy to do atm, that website there states 'One Night Only' but that could easily be a promotional line.

Apparently Billy Gunn was turned around at the airport because whoever bought him over hadn't sorted the right papers and Kid's not even in the country. Rhyno and Road Dogg are here/currently at the 1PW show apparently. We'll see, let us know Nexus'o'clock.

So I just got back, and erm it was sort of a let down.
No Billy Gunn or X-pac. But Road Dogg and Rhino where both in attendance. Got a photo with both :D. |

Live 10 minutes away from Wood Street and glad I didn't go to this. The Krazyhouse is a rotten piss-soaked shit-hole at the best of times, and queuing up with tonnes of sweaty, fat nerds for the chance to met Billy Gunn isn't my idea of a good night. I already had my share of geographic fortune when both ROH and TNA hosted at the Liverpool Olympia at the top of my street.
So, I stayed in and watch Roddy Piper in "They Live". |
Pretty glad I didn't go then as it was Waltman and Gunn the I mostly wanted to get a photo with. I wouldn't have been too bothere having a talk with any of them to be honest.
But I used to love Gunn and I wanted a photo with Waltman so I could pretend I was in the Kliq :$ |
