Nervous Ferret 06-13-2011 08:54 AM

That might be a lie, I am honestly not sure. The bob seeger part. I have definitely never been to a concert

Cool King 06-13-2011 10:06 AM

Alter Bridge, along with Black Stone Cherry and Theory Of A Deadman are coming to Glasgow in November.

The tickets don't go on sale until Friday so I have to wait to see if I'll have enough money to go. I doubt I will though. :(

Seen Feeder and Panic! at The Disco so far, want to get tickets for Foo Fighters and possibly Noah and the Whale.

mitch_h 06-23-2011 10:28 PM

If it makes you feel better I can't get into them either, Wavves especially.

FakeLaser 06-24-2011 01:03 AM

Seeing No Age, Cults and HEALTH for free on Thursday

I couldn't get that into Wavves originally but now I love Wavves. Also I think I just want to sex Bethany more that I like Best Coast. Actually really do like Best Coast as gay as that is. More the more lo-fi EP stuff tho

Shaved Monkey 06-24-2011 01:04 AM

Enjoyed Robert Plant & the Band of Joy tonight. Was a pretty awesome show.

Will also be seeing A Perfect Circle as well as Huey Lewis and the News in a week or so.

I may also take in Steve Miller, Ben Harper, Soundgarden and Jane's Addiction but I dunno if I want to throw down that much cash.

FakeLaser 08-21-2011 01:39 PM

So jeal you're seeing DJ Shadow

El Vaquero de Infierno 08-21-2011 04:28 PM

I'm thinking of going to see Blonde Redhead next month. Need to see if I can spare the cash.

Kapoutman 08-22-2011 03:27 PM

Let's add Primus and Pearl Jam to the list. Just bought the tickets.

FakeLaser 08-22-2011 07:00 PM

brb going to see Deerhunter & Eleanor Friedberger

FakeLaser 08-24-2011 12:45 AM

Eleanor Friedberger gave me the set list last night

Also was wearing a Canadian Tuxedo

Better than when Bethany Cosentino tried to give me the set list and some 16 year old girl snatched it out of my hands and I cried

James Diesel 08-24-2011 08:52 AM

Seeing Uproar for the 2nd time in Auburn, WA October 1st.

Better this year since last year, Disturbed headlined over A7X and had a shorter set, plus David couldn't sing that night. Thankfully, A7X headlines this year. Excited to see Arin Ilejay live with how well he's been doing overseas. Plus I'd rather see Seether, Three Days Grace, and Bullet For My Valentine over Stone Sour and Halestorm

http://c.wrzuta.pl/wi13907/33ec8cd00...7f9/doda-sesja

Yeah, her music is kind of shit. I went there to propose.

FakeLaser 09-24-2011 06:25 PM

Dan Deacon might have been the sickest shit I've ever seen

mitch_h 09-24-2011 07:01 PM

Saw Junior Boys, Broken Social Scene, and the guy from Dinosaur Jr at some street fest, it was pretty good. My dad busted out his acoustic guitar at a labor day BBQ, don't know if that counts. Also, Portishead is playing in Toronto so I think i'm going to go to that.

Triple A 09-26-2011 12:31 AM

Just saw Girls and Nobunny a couple of days ago, it was really good. :)

Girls had three African American women backup singers who were great and added a lot. :)

Nobunny was rlly good, "very good energy."

Also ya Dan Deacon. Did he do all that "interactive crowd stuff" like the human tunnel and stuff.

He did the human tunnel when he came to Colorado College, but that was 10 mins before we all revolted and got in a huge shouting match with him. Said he would never perform at a school with an open bar again. Not sure why that happened :wavesad:

What happened

It was mad annoying kind of cause he would keep stopping the show to make the entire crowd form a line or open up a huge empty circle, or w/e

Buzzkill 09-26-2011 12:49 AM

Lots of people kept climbing on the stage and shit, and obviously lots of super drunk "bros" kept heckling him for telling ppl to get off. Everyone was ridiculously drunk to be fair tho, and it just escalated once he started being an asshole back to the hecklers. Sort of turned into him vs. all of us at that point, and he cut the show short and left.

Then Cut Copy came on and everyone was happy again.

Was gonna see Girls but dunno. Had other shit to do

Yeah Dan did all the crazy crowd stuff including human tunnel which was ridiculous because the venue has a restaurant too so we did the human tunnel around people eating their dinners

FakeLaser 09-26-2011 01:07 AM

There was only maybe 100 people or so at the show so it probably worked better than it would at a larger venue. Easier to control

Champion of Europa 09-26-2011 02:16 AM

I'm seeing Das Racist on October 17th.

D Mac 09-26-2011 12:12 PM

Avenged Sevenfold, Three Days Grace and Seether were all awesome. 10/10

Art of Dying is also awesome. Shook thier hands and they were fucking wasted.

Gertner 09-26-2011 01:43 PM

Really wanna see Deadmau5 and Kaskade again this year. Hopefully making a trip to see Armin Van Buuren again.

FakeLaser 09-27-2011 01:07 AM

I might see Das Racist again at music hall. One of my friends wants to so go I will probably go and try to get crunk with them afterwards

FakeLaser 09-27-2011 01:07 AM

OH AND GUESS WHO GOT TICKETS FOR RADIOHEAD ON THURSDAY

Champion of Europa 10-18-2011 02:09 PM

Saw Das Racist with Danny Brown last night. I popped bottles which made me the best dancer. It was so much fun. Got a pic with Danny Brown and Heem. Danny Brown direct messaged my friend on twitter with his number to hang out but she didn't check her messages till this morning.

FakeLaser 10-18-2011 06:58 PM

Yeah they're all cool bros

Down with "partying" with the fans

Seeing a bunch of crap at CMJ this week

Air Waves tonight I think

Champion of Europa 10-18-2011 07:32 PM

Yeah, they were all super cool. They didn't act too busy to talk to people. They took pictures and thanked us for coming out and buying the merch and all that. I like when artists are "down to earth" like that.

FakeLaser 10-20-2011 07:42 PM

Saw Odd Future last night

Thought they sucked

Like it was crazy at first

Then I realized

They kinda just suck

Kinda describes them as a collective as well, for the most part

Juan 10-20-2011 09:47 PM

Going to go see Bayside again on the 23rd. It'll be like my 15th time seeing them

FakeLaser 10-22-2011 04:25 AM

This week I saw:

The Walkmen
Computer Magic (again)
Mittens
Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All
Purity Ring
Com Truise (HOLY FUCK)
Neon Indian

Triple A 10-22-2011 06:09 AM

How was BleepyBloopFest

FakeLaser 10-22-2011 12:26 PM

I went but the line was really long and Cameo Gallery is really small. After waiting like a half hour in the freezing cold I said fuck it and just went and drank somewhere else. I could see in and you could barely move.

FakeLaser 10-23-2011 09:29 PM

sooo0o pumped

SEEING THE PIXIES

Kapoutman 10-25-2011 05:46 PM

They give a great show.

FakeLaser 11-01-2011 07:10 PM

Nite Jewel and Acrylics tonight

Have no one to go with :(

Gonna go and drink alone like a sad human

Triple A 11-01-2011 07:11 PM

I think I am supposed to go to Nite Jewel 2morrow but idk if friend bought tickets

FakeLaser 11-01-2011 07:13 PM

Oh yeah, she is gonna be at Glasslands I think

COME TONIGHT and awkwardly hang out/avoid me

Triple A 11-01-2011 07:17 PM

would be funny

Couldn't even if I rlly wanted though, got mad "work" I have to finish

Imagine if I did and we became best friends irl

FakeLaser 11-01-2011 07:19 PM

Feel like I am bound to run into you at Glasslands or 285 Kent or Cameo Gallery or some shit one day

You did see my sister and I getting in a cab outside of Webster Hall post-Ariel Pink

FakeLaser 11-01-2011 07:20 PM

Remember Puro Instinct opened and hadn't heard them before that. Thought they were good. Then I remember ranking their album as #2 this year thus far but like 293792374297 albums have surpassed it since then

FakeLaser 11-01-2011 07:22 PM

Also upcoming

Might see "The Men" at 285 Kent
High Places @ Glasslands
Avey Tare @ Knitting Factory

FakeLaser 11-01-2011 07:24 PM

Forgot to add I saw

Idle Warship (Talib Kweli w/ a band)
Electric Guest
Peelander-Z (weirdest most bugged shit I've ever seen)
Vocah Redu (second weirdest most bugged shit I've ever seen)

All at the Brooklyn Vegan day party on my birthday

Triple A 11-01-2011 07:25 PM

Same but I remember hating Puro Instinct, lead singer was mad annoying to me for some reason but I saw them again and liked them :)

FakeLaser 11-01-2011 07:27 PM

I remember being like who the eff are these girls with long ass blonde hair and glitter everywhere, also I am in the front so I have glitter all over me, dunno they are kinda cute and the music is pretty good and my sister being like who is that fat old dude going crazy and I'm like yo it's R Stevie Moore wonder if he is going to perform or just hang out the whole time guess he is just gonna hang out the whole time also Ariel Pink is mad skinny but kinda looks pregnant and there is an Asian guitarist

OssMan 11-01-2011 10:23 PM

Sonic Youth live in Lima Peru

Tazz Dan 11-02-2011 07:36 AM
