Maybe it's an entire history of the WWE from 1980 when Vince founded Titan Sports, onwards to 2010/2011.
Maybe for years now Vince has had cameras backstage recording things like booking meeting and stuff happening in locker rooms and inside the production truck and at the Gorilla Position and so on, and Vince has also asked the talent from then to now to talk about some things in a sort of interview type deal. Sounds far-fetched, but I'm just guessing something that would be "years in the making and could be ground breaking" as J.R said and also a "must see". |
They're probably going to put every PPV from WWF and WCW onto DVD and blueray is my guess.

there's been a couple released over the last 3-4 years as well as a few DX DVD's, the latest HBK alone one covering up to WM 25. I don't see them making another DVD to go alongside the current 8-9 discs of his matches that are floating around on top of the DX sets just to cover his final year

You know, JR could be overhyping this one project, and it's more along the lines of him becoming an official consultant/historian or something for the WWE's DVD division.

Jim Ross conducted a several hour interview with Bret and Shawn about montreal.
While Montreal has been discussed to death I do think that this is a very intriguing project as something that was unimaginable 2 years ago. It is the most controversial in-ring moment in sports entertainment. It would be interesting to have vince, Brisco, patterson, HHH, Slaughter and the others who were there give an accurate accounting of the event. Will you be watching? |

WWE is reportedly planning a DVD on the Montreal Screwjob. Jim Ross announced that he did an interview with Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart for several hours today for a DVD set to be released in October. The DVD is said to focus on the Survivor Series ’97 incident and the problems between the two Attitude-era stars believe what you want guys . But I personally hope its true . |
If they are doing it, I hope it delves into their rivalry in the ring as well and shows some classic matches, rather than just be about that incident and the aftermath.
