I'm going to be honest here, why is anyone even voting for Jose? He's not even a member of this forum. Why vote to ban someone who doesn't even post here? Seems like a huge waste to me.

This should definitely be used to get someone who posts somewhat frequently banned. There's no point in voting for useless people who have about 100 posts because they won't care all that much about not being able to post anyway.
