2012 TIPSTERS: Royal Rumble/Sign-Up Thread

Welcome, everyone, to the 2012 edition of TPWW Tipsters. This is a year-long contest in which the best of the TPWW wrestling forum match wits in determining WWE PPVs. Tipsters works as follows: Winner: Winner of the match How: Pinfall, Submission, DQ, etc. Move: The move that determines how the match ends. New to Tipsters this year: 1. The "Winner" portion is now worth 50 points. The "How" and "Move" portions are still worth 25 points. 2. The winner of each individual PPV event will get to chose one match on the next card that will be worth double points. Since I am the winner from last year, I will select the first match worth double points. In order to qualify for Tipsters, you must meet all of the following requirements. 1. Must have at least 750 posts. 2. Must be a regular contributor to the wrestling forum for the past nine months. 3. Must have positive reputation. These requirements are necessary because these things are a pain in the ass to put together. So if you bail out on this, you are wasting your and my time. Flash. the reason the requirements were probably changed is due to the fact that this contest requires Naitch to do alot of work. Besides alot of non contributing people that babble BS and post nonsense end up meeting the post count but then end up droppin gout of the competition halfway through. The changes were made to make the contest honestly more fair and besides...213 post and you have been waiting a 1.5 years...I wouldn't really call that active posting.

I'm not totally in favor of Funk or Clox. The rules are the rules. If someone else wants to try to start their own tipsters league up (with blackjack and hookers) they can. The fact is Triple Naich does a lot of work for Tipsters, and as long as he doesn't abuse the power he should run it how he sees fit.

Naitch, although you have made your decision about a couple of posters being included this year, I just thought I would add something.
I was in a similar position Flash Funk a few years ago and I waited to get my post count up and my rep to be positive. No disrespect to Funk but I think including him, is unfair on a number of other posters who would love to be apart of tipsters but can't due to restrictions. |
