Hey, I watched TNA and I think it sucked.
:D:love::D
It's not great, but I find it more watchable than ROH.
"Hey, I watched TNA and I think it sucked."
- Everyone |
Yeah it hella sucks. Like I said in another post the best thing about TNA is the way its filmed in my opinion. Acting sucks, wrestler gimmicks are not believable...the wrestling aspect of it is good...doesn't entertain me though.
TNA is pretty damn awful. I've tried to get into it but there is something about the whole production that just blows.

I treat TNA as the Nursing Home I can go to and check up on my old favorites, make sure they are getting treated well by the staff and then go on my way.
They are trying everything that WCW did to make them successful however instead of hiring the top names WWE has they just take their rejects.
Also booking probably involves picking names from a hat |
No new or usefull information was conveyed.
Yeah this is like the Borg.
Were ya expecting it to be anything more than that?
Dear St. Jimmy,
Thank you for being concerned. Thanks for your email and for being a fan. Dixie Carter |
Bully Ray and Steiner are money.
The rest are indy wrestling quality. |
Jimmy should love it then.
Best thread ever.

I find TNA more entertaining than WWE, as an overall product.

+ 1 rep for you, NoJabba. :p

Why does TNA iMPACT feel like a low budget 2 hour Sunday Heat?
Why does TNA iMPACT feel like a low budget 2 hour Sunday Heat? I'm watching TNA for the first time since Abyss beat up RVD or something and I remembered how dull it can be 8 out of 10 times.
Meh. |
Because no one cares about it except Austin Aries. He's not enough to get the entire show on track.
Also, #TGMTEL
Probably because it has the star power and the intrigue of a Sunday Night Heat episode.
Hey guys, did you know TNA isn't very good?
BRB gonna make a topic about it. |

I think I'm going to watch TNA for another reason. I'm going to watch it to laugh at its fuckups and directionless storylines. I said Roode vs. Crimson may bump the company up quite well, but they continue being shit... it might not be enough at all.
Holy shit, that Austin Aries v. Mark Haskins match on the most recent Impact was fucking great.
Also, I think Mark Haskins is dead.
Yeah sick bump for sure. But if he's fine, then that botch made Aries look even better cause he immediately hit the brainbuster and put him in the last chancery.
Austin Aries is wonderful. |
Botched shooting star...KICK TO THE FACE
Sting is only real thing holdin it together atm. His Insane Icon run was pretty funny but i cant take him seriously as an authority figure, but he is the only half decent thing about it.what they need2 do is drive a truck load of cash and full creative control 2 Paul Heymans house nad beg him 2 work his magic.it wud take a few months but they cud turn it around.as it is now they aint gettin close2 wwe
Aries is god. #TGMTEL

Aries is by no means average.
Hot Crowd def helped.
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/HSc7Zmmp3f4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> and yes, that kick was fucking Brutal. |
Aries gives no fucks.
Pretty awesome how Aries walks into Haskins' home country and out pops the shit out of him.

I will say that Garrett Bischoff can fuck waaaaaaaaay off, though.

The crowd was going crazy durring the Joe Magnus match too. |

I've tried watching TNA twice in the last month. They have like four weeks worth OnDemand. I like Bobby Roode(?) And I really liked Austin Aeries. Everything and everyone else left me scratching my head. I remember Jeff Jarrett being a lot better. I wasn't suprised when Jeff Hardy still couldn't cut a believable promo. Sting is horrible on the mic. He has one gear and that's it. When talk gets serious, he's always like " HAHAHA I'M THE STINGER HA!!!!!". Its weird.
I agree Roode and Aries are doing good, the knockouts are good, Crimson and Morgan are okay, but the rest, like you said, there's definitely lots missing for it to work.
So is Crimson still undefeated? If not, there's gotta be a shitload of asterisks next to it.
Also, why does England seem to be into TNA?
England will take what it can get.
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/WFoC3TR5rzI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Crimson is still undefeated in singles competition. He's never been pinned.
TNA was impressive from England what with the full crowd and all. However, all those old guys got to go, people actually like their younger talent I don't know why the management thinks they need Hogan and Bischoff when their highest ratings are the Knockouts.
Seems like a bad business call to me. |

I share the same sentiments Jim Ross said right there..
So does Impact always take place in Georgia?
I really wish TNA was good. Especially since they try to hype the "wrestling matters" thing. They're doing a disservice to the industry by claiming to be "real wrestling" while they're really just a shitty version of a "sports entertainment" company. Doesn't show the idea that wrestling still matters in a good light.

That's crazy to think about. So would you say TNA is actually "more popular" over there? That can't be the case, right?
Jesus, they seriously had this "Garrett Bischoff's trainer" mystery set to be answered... while hyping Hulk Hogan's return at the same time. They have to be trying to be this fucking stupid.
Yeah, I found that very strange.
"Who will be revealed as Garrett's trainer!?" "Hulk Hogan returns TONIGHT!!" |
lol. Unreal
