Undertaker? Triple H? Streak? Hell in a Cell? Shawn Michaels? Absolutely nothing worth watching for there.
Best wrestler in the world vs Best wrestler in the world? Who would want to see that at Wrestlemania?

Have a feeling there doing this since the brand extension is going to finally coming to an end hopefully I could definetly see Teddy booking the match at like say Summerslam (Sheamus vs Jericho I'm calling it now to determine the new Unified WWE Champion i'd think it would be neat to see anyway.

Team "Mr Excitement" looks a lot stronger than Team "Holla Holla" and even the potential of adding everyone else who spoke out against Long (Swagger, Ziggler, Del Rio, Christian) would really be making that match a bit too one sided.

The heel team is pretty easy to predict: David Otunga, Mark Henry, Christian, Alberto Del Rio, Dolph Ziggler & Jack Swagger. Teddy Long's team is a little more difficult to call. Santino Marella, Kofi Kingston, R-Truth & The Great Khali seem like pretty good picks right now. In my opinion, the last guy on the face team will probably be Rey Mysterio, but if he's not good, why not Brodus Clay?

I actually really want the face team to win. Not because I want Teddy Long running both shows, but just because I want the feel-good ending. I don't see this issue ending at WrestleMania. Hell, perhaps we could even get War Games at Extreme Rules?

Have to go with Jace's team b/c of the brothers Otunga and Mizark.

Also Teddy Long pisses me off, so that too.

As a mark, I want to see Team Teddy win. As a fan, I want to see Team Ace win. The heel boss is always more fun.

Team Teddy will win when Kofi, Truth, Zeke, Henry and Otunga turn on the other guys in the match and get the win over Johnny's Team. Teddy will then start a New Nation where he gives opportunity to the "black man".

In all seriousness, I am wanting Team Long to win because Johnny Ace is horrible. Being comically bad will only get you so far, and for me he is almost out of gas.

I'm thinking it'll be:

ADR/Christian/Henry/Ziggler/Swagger/Otunga vs. Rey/Kofi/Truth/Ryder/Khali/Santino with Team Teddy winning

I don't see this ending the issue, anyway. In fact, I really don't think this should be for official control, but rather just something to give one guy leverage over the other. It could also be the perfect way to reaffirm brand alignments before the draft -- a pissed off John Laurinaitis cancels the RAW SuperShow concept and bans RAW Superstars from competing on SmackDown!. So guys that want to work for Teddy go to SmackDown! and dudes that want to work for Big Johnny, or just be on RAW in general, go/stay there.

I kinda wish they'd just do a 10 man tag and stick with who they have now.

Yeah, I like the idea of a 10 man tag.

For some reason, 12 man tag is the point where it screams "clusterfuck"/"we just have a lot of guys we wanna get on the PPV"

I do not, however, like how inferior Teddy's team looks and therefore do think they need another guy.

It just seems unfair that the 10 already announced have been there since the angle began, and with rumors of guys like Del Rio, Foley, and Mysterio, who haven't been there, being the sixth superstar on either team, I'm afraid that they might overshadow the other guys.

Granted, those three are bigger names than anybody else in the match, and I guess you could make a case for Del Rio, what with him supporting Johnny at Elimination Chamber, but since then, where's he been? Also as you mentioned, it's already crowded enough.

Del Rio and Mick Foley would be fine additions to each team.

Del Rio and Mysterio both appear to be very unlikely to be in the match due to their injuries won't be healed in time and in Mysterio's case his recovery won't be ready by the time Mania arrives.

Didn't del Rio just tear his groin? Like... four months ago? How long does that take to heal?!

I've also heard a lot about Sin Cara being the 6th man on Team Long but I swore he wasn't even close to returning.

Unless they just use Hunico. Not sure why they wouldn't actually.

At this point, I don't really care who they announce tonight. It's still going to be overcrowded, and The Miz being left off this year would fit his character right now.

It may fit his character, but Miz would still probably like a WrestleMania main card payday.

Christian was definitely hurt.

Christian takes 4 months off for an injury, comes back to join Team Johnny, gets taken out by CM Punk 3 days later, and is replaced by Drew McIntyre with no announcement whatsoever except in the run-in during RAW last night. Even if his ankle wasn’t 100%, he took spots where he had to rely on it, so you think they’d OK him for WrestleMania if he was willing to do that on RAW.

Yeah, apparently they thought his ankle would be heeled by WM but when the heeling process was slower than they thought they played it safe and took him off the card.

Would make more sense if it was a one on one or even a tag match. With FIVE partners, they could have easily had him do less work than he did on Raw and still easily get by. Not sure what the thinking was with this whole thing.

They don't want to risk one of their main eventers getting hurt even more and potentially being out even longer.

Like I said, it's a 6 on 6 match and they could have given him less work than he had on Raw.

It must be something worth being concerned about to pull him 6 days before Mania.

Yet they had him get destroyed by Punk AND even get a GTS that required him to get dropped and land on his ankle. That's what I don't get.

Looks like the possibility of setting up a more interesting angle with Punk rather than getting involved in this dead-end tag match. I like it.

They were clearly building up to the fatal four-way from WWE 12 with Sheamus V Wade Barrett V William Regal V Drew McIntyre for all the gold in the WWE until Wade got injured.

The roster is so thin at this point, better to let Christian heal up than risk losing him for a longer period of time due to an injury in a 12 man match. On RAW, he was gingerly walking after getting on the ropes after his pose.

How about Vince gambling on people buying the PPV seeing that Christian would be there, while never really having the intention for him to wrestle at WM? Bait n switch.
