Considering moving the draft forward by a week to 26th Aug. Is that ok with everyone?

I've moved the draft fwd to the 1st Sept at 8pm BST, which is 3pm Eastern. It is a saturday rather than a sunday. I know people work on saturdays so if it is a problem let me know.

The alternative Sunday date (26th Aug) has no available later draft times than 5.45 BST, which is 12.45pm Eastern. Which is maybe too early for people.

I am happy to do either but people need to say ASAP so I can change it if necessary.

I can set up a pick em league if there is interest.

Pretty thrilled by my team this year. Was 2nd overall pick, and we did a snake draft. Arian Foster went 1st, so I took Aaron Rodgers. Took McFadden second. WR is hurting a little bit but Colston should be good, and the others have a chance to be phenomenal. Gonna be hit and miss there probably, but who knows.

Just did my first ever 16 team draft. Bleh. There were so many picks between picks it was hard to get used to it. I'm not horribly upset with my team. But at one point I was looking so far forward, I picked up Kevin Smith with Miles Austin still on the board. It wasn't a bad pick... and I love Kevin Smith as when he's healthy (especially in a PPR league) he can be a beast. I'm definitely kicking myself a little for it though. I feel like I'm gonna regret it.

Yeah. I get them mixed up. Both of their careers kinda went in similar paths too. I picked up Smith halfway through last season when Best went down though and he was clutch.

There is one more team 'Serious Business' which seems to have been dropped by the owner (he hasn't signed in since August). So if someone wants to take it over then say.

I was wondering why I don't seem to have anyone on my team that would have gone in the first few rounds. Then I realized it was an auction draft and Sheep probably wasn't there and left the the autodraft to not pic anyone for a while. This is gonna be an uphill battle.

Well it is a challenge and a test of your fantasy skills.

Maybe create a 'trade block' and see if you can arrange a 2 for 1 deal with someone. You have some good players but lack depth.

Since I can't bring myself to think about the Saints, I'll just complain about Fantasy Football.. I was down FOUR points going into Sunday nights game, still having Martellus Bennett and my brother having no one else to play.. He gave me a whopping ZERO.. Eli targeted him early but that one big play he broke got called back for holding and Manning never went back to him..

I hate this season..

I'm starting to get a feel for what makes a good fantasy player in this league. My defense is still very sub par though.

So Sproles is out indefinantly with a broken hand.. I have Jordy Nelson and Titus Young but both are hurt, but I could run either of them at the flex.. My question, should I drop Young (or Demarco Murry) and pick back up Pierre Thomas?? I just dropped him to pick up Young earlier this week..

Martin is carrying my team in that one matchup. 1/3 of my points and 45 more points than Eli has on the day.

If there was a game people would played where they draft real life football players and put them on some sort of paper team... a "fantasy" team if you will... where yards and touchdowns and such translated into points for your "team" then the person who drafted Doug Martin would be in a very good spot right now.

Also both Julio Jones and Dwayne Bowe may not play so I am effed there.

If healthy, I would definitely start Bradshaw over Stewart regardless of the opponent.
