14 songs, either all pretty recent or towards the top of my iTunes in terms of recently added/listened to, no repeated artists etc etc (Longboarding Chatanooga Compilation or whatever it's called is M83 - This Bright Flash)

About an hour, most of the stuff isn't that recent, but it's what I've been listening to lately.

The IAM feat. Method Man & Redman song is called "Noble Art", not "Nobel Art". Little detail, but it annoys me.

Really liked CSL's. Fangel's is good, but has too much classic rock for my taste. I like the classics, but I'm not always in the mood for them.

Gave up trying to listen to Fangel's because of the horrible clippy shit in Comfortably Numb. Not a good start. Giving CSL's a go now.

Not sure if I'll do one of my own, think my sort of music is a bit too all over the shop to interest people.

That's exactly what I want. All over the place. I want to hear new stuff.

I'm liking this because I want to get into a whole bunch of new stuff too. I feel as though I ignore a lot of potentially good music quite often just because I "play it safe" and just listen to stuff I know all the time rather than branching out a bit.

I've only listened to CSL's so far and I already kinda love the first song and have listened to a bunch today. I'll listen to other peoples and maybe make one myself some time over the next few days.

I enjoyed most of CSL's. Song or two I wasn't huge on, but I didn't actively dislike any of it.

Also for the Comfortably Numb clip, the one I wished to use was blocked in my country.

Right done. Frankly I was hoping to make it a little more varied but I really felt like sparing people the more unlistenable end of my music spectrum. And I semi-cheated and doubled up on the same singer in two tracks, but oh well. 13 tracks, about 55 minutes.

As of yet, there isn't a single song that Baird has in that list that I have heard before.

Yeah probably taking a bit of a chance by not using at least one or two familiar things, but oh well.

That Lazarus song I really like.

It's always been a safe bet, I even managed to win over The Mask with it once.

Currently listening to Hornicane's and up to Cobra Starship. Good stuff so far.

Gave Seth's a listen as well. Not everything on it was my cup of tea, but not bad nonetheless.

I've listened to them all now, wish peeps would put up some more.

Might make another sometime tomorrow. Quite enjoyed doing this.

Got the shortlist narrowed down to 306 songs at the moment. Will attempt to improve results.

Still think it needs slashed down a little.

Weird mixture of some of my all time favourites, some I'm just listening to lately and some that I saw when looking through my ipod and was like "heh I'll throw that on". Don't really think there's much obscurity on there, most artists will be well known.

More stuff I listen to these days, without repeat of artists. I slipped two French artists at the end, so that you can easily skip over it if it's not your kind of stuff.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I am quite enjoying all of this.

It's always kickass to discover new music and also, has anyone bought a set of Beats by Dr. Dre headphones yet? Been seriously debating on treating myself to a pair of those.

People might want to stop using videos from "official" sources, since there's 3 region blocked videos in DttS's playlist alone (although I haven't given it a proper listen yet). And one that doesn't allow embedding.
