Outlaws wrestling the house shows this weekend.

From PWInsider:

The New Age Outlaws are advertised for all the RAW shows on the WWE Holiday Tour. Probably as a replacement for Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara, as they will be wrestling Team Rhodes Scholars on all events.

So, possible return to TV then?

Discuss a possible last Outlaws run here.

Lock Jaw 12-26-2012 03:00 PM

Would be nothing but good news for the tag team division and Ignifest.

whiteyford 12-26-2012 03:02 PM

As soon as they signed Billy Gunn you knew this was coming, wouldn't mind a brief tv run.

ClockShot 12-26-2012 03:04 PM

I'm down. It would give the tag division a shot in the arm, but that's all.

Lock Jaw 12-26-2012 03:09 PM

Only if they use them to eventually put over some younger teams, though. Don't want to see them just come in and dominate everybody for the entirety of their run, and then leave.

Corporate CockSnogger 12-26-2012 03:16 PM

They should win the belts in a Tag Team Turmoil match at the Rumble.

Corporate CockSnogger 12-26-2012 03:17 PM

Although I wanna see Billy Gunn enter the Rumble cause hearing someones theme in the rumble increases the mark-outedness by about 300%.

whiteyford 12-26-2012 03:25 PM

Kinda wish they'd kept the rumble at 40 just for the random guys music hitting.

The Condor 12-26-2012 03:59 PM

If they stick around let them beat teams like 3MB and Primo+Epico for nostalgia but lose to deserving teams like PTP & Rhodes Scholars.

Supreme Olajuwon 12-26-2012 04:35 PM

I am down with that.

Supreme Olajuwon 12-26-2012 04:36 PM

Hey, what happens if we are down with that? I know if we're not down with that, they have two words for us, but they never explain what we get if we are down with that.

Supreme Olajuwon 12-26-2012 04:37 PM

Shoddy marketing if you ask me.

Ruien 12-26-2012 05:05 PM

Ehhhh, only if they are both in shape, mainly Road Dogg.

Going to have to listen to "Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls blah blah blah" for the next couple of months...glorious.

Tazz Dan 12-26-2012 09:57 PM

Oh, you didn't know? It is fucking glorious.

Razzamajazz 12-26-2012 11:27 PM

when i read that i got pissed because i cant go to the house on friday, but then i realized it's a smackdown show. all is good

KaosDarksol 12-27-2012 02:32 AM

Team them up with Brodus clay so your ass is gonna call your momma

xREDxONxYOUx 12-28-2012 07:44 AM

Why is it that the WWE can call Billy Gunn, "Badass Billy Gunn", but in their theme song, Road Dogg can't say ass??? "Oh You Didn't Know? You better call somebody!" just doesn't sound right!

Raven Reaper 12-28-2012 09:13 AM

I read some article that before the match, Billy Gunn cut a promo on the PG era and the crowd heavily booed...

Can't really see anything in the video but the sound's good. Just the usual intro though with that PG Era part in there, no match.

whiteyford 12-28-2012 09:26 AM

If they really want to revitalise the Tag dvision, instead of sending out the god awful Billy Gunn & co, why not rehire the greatest tag team of all time, Mosh & Thrasher?

whiteyford 12-28-2012 09:27 AM

Yeah, that was mostly to upset the little scouse lad.

Plus I miss the Headbangers.

theyre currently in roh

#1-norm-fan 12-28-2012 11:10 AM

Kinda don't wanna see them just come in to be jobbers which is pretty much what would end up happening. I see absolutely no way they have a serious run.

whiteyford 12-28-2012 11:13 AM

The Headbangers?

whiteyford 12-28-2012 11:13 AM

That was at Cuse but works either way.

Xero 12-28-2012 01:38 PM

Yeah, they're under a mask I think.

Lock Jaw 12-28-2012 01:55 PM

I believe they took off their masks.

yes sir.. my roh knowledge is limited by they debuted a couple months ago as "the guardians of truth" under black executioner masks. but last i knew the masks have come off and theyre now known as the head bangers

Supreme Olajuwon 12-28-2012 02:43 PM

yuppppppppppp

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/c8-GSHGWaf8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

they look good

whiteyford 12-28-2012 04:16 PM

Well Gertner can fuck right off with his ROH hate campaign now, they just became the premiere promotion.

#1-norm-fan 12-28-2012 04:36 PM

Let it be known that Gertner thinks that an RoH tag team is one of the most underrated tag teams ever.

Lock Jaw 12-28-2012 05:01 PM

They aren't a "RoH Tag Team". They are a WWF Tag Team that is now doing RoH shows. Huge difference.

"Fusion DS" = A RoH Tag Team

#1-norm-fan 12-28-2012 05:29 PM

Let it be known that Gertner thinks that a tag team that is currently working in RoH is one of the most underrated tag teams ever.

whiteyford 12-28-2012 05:31 PM

I'm proud of the direction this thread has taken :y:

Discuss a possible last Outlaws run here.

I was out a house show last night in Long Island. Some things:

-Outlaws came out to a super-pop (second to Cena), mostly from young adults (like myself) that grew up during the Attitude era. Young children were quiet, some having no idea who the NAO were.

-Road Dogg got a "YOU STILL GOT IT!" chant, and he certainly does. Billy Gunn was in tremendous shape (considering his age).

-I was marking out. Great match too.

-NAO went over Sandow and Rhodes.

SNLfunnyguy 12-29-2012 11:22 AM

Billy Gunn is a stud, probably the most pure athlete in the WWF.

Corporate CockSnogger 12-29-2012 11:30 AM

Best New Poster winner right there.
