I found the finish extremely dramatic and the Ric Flair involvement in the match was masterful psychology. Triple H even busted out the Indian Deathlock.

It was pretty boring James Steele. Even for a HHH match.

It was just one of those matches even the Indian Deathlock couldn't save. And I don't necessarily think it was to any fault of HHH's. Hell, it could've been because of Booker T. It was just a high-caliber match with very little interest going in and coming out of it.

Because you knew without a doubt HHH wasn't putting Booker T over.

I went through a very long period of hating HHH and that match was the peak. I know people can defend it by saying he was selling the effects of the match but did he really have to wait 4 minutes before pinning Booker after the pedigree?

Well duh. He had 5 runs with the WCW World Title and look what it did for them. Smart move by Vince.
