Looks like Nate Diaz is going to be on another Fox network card. Guess the bird didn't anger Fox that much and since the UFC on Fox 6 ratings were higher than the UFC on Fox 5 ratings, I guess it didn't hurt viewership either.

I'm excited for this card. Should be a great night of fights.

Dan Hardy has a heart defect and is off this card btw. Replaced by Jordan Mein who destroyed Dan Miller.

Does Gil have a shot ? IMO Bendo is a terrible matchup for him, everything Gil does, Bendo does better.

Thats cool. I have the same thing with Sean Sherk and guys from Greg Nelson's team in Minnesota. Mostly because I trained there for a while and all those guys were really cool. That's why I have respect for all fighters and people who train. Even though a lot of people hate the Diaz brothers for their "attitude" I know somewhat what those guys have to go through to be a fighter and once you know that you can't help but have respect for them.

Yeah, the Daly fight was great. Nick Diaz or for that matter Nate Diaz doesn't put on bad fights. Always like Nate's fight against Alvin Robison where he triangle's Robinson and flexes to the camera before Alvin submits.

I could see those three big fights go either way. The way Cormier has been anointed as the "next big thing" (hell yeah I just went there) makes me think Mir will end up KOing him, although I hope not b/c Cormier presents a marquee matchup for the champ at HW or LHW.

Henderson isn't a finisher and I think Gilbert is a more disciplined fighter than Nate to the point where he can make the fight close like Frankie did on the scorecards. Maybe even land enough takedowns to steal some rounds.

I think Cormier wins pretty easily..

Sure, Mir has experience over him but dude is a beast and he did the same thing to Bigfoot that Cain did..

I see Bendo getting X-pac heat from this point forward due to winning so many close decisions that people think he should have lost. I didn't see an obvious win for Bendo. I thought Gilbert took rounds 1, 2 and 5. Don't know why I feel this way, but that proposal pissed me off... like he should have read the crowd and decided not to have a moment like that be accompanied with boos from a bunch of pissed off MMA fans. Not rational I know.

I'm glad the winner of Maynard/Grant gets the next shot. I would love for Gray to get one more shot at the title.

Cormier/Jones needs to happen. I have no interest seeing him fight at HW if he won't fight Cain and I think he's the only potential opponent for Jones with a chance of beating him decisively. Plus he's 34. The clock is ticking on his career anyways.
