in the seemingly endless amount of disagreement in posts (and gertner just disagreeing with everyone & and everything to make himself feel like a unique snowflake) is it possible to find a moment that the whole forum agrees on.

a random moment where an angle/match/etc was put on or carried out that went perfectly, generated the proper response and is looked back on as logical.

DDP's WWE debut is one of my favorite mark out moments of all time, I think most people can agree. The ensuing angle was liquid shit, but that moment was awesome.

Honestly, I agree with AlGerto 99% of the time.

I was never a huge fan of DDP's ring work. He seems to be an awesome person or whatever, but I won't be buying a DDP DVD any time soon.

DDP is a good story all around. Started out as a manager, began wrestling at an older ae and achived a ton. Plus he's a genuinly good guy which is rare in wrestling.

His feud with Savage was fantastic. Great matches with those two. Plus his match at Halloween Havoc is a gem that nobody talks about.

Hogan slamming Andre. What a moment, especially as a young fan growing up.

Certainly we can all agree that Hogan slamming Andre was an epic moment with few and any equals.

The pulse of the WWE Universe beat you to the punch. No shame in that.

Hogan forming the NWO was a revolutionary moment. Went downhill after, but that moment was groundbreaking.

I was never really taken by him as a wrestler but he sure is a nice fellow, and few others show their love for wrestling like he did while performing.

How about when Big John Stud did it before Hogan?

Wasn't on the biggest stage in probably the biggest event of all time.

A moment that is as dramatic as it is athletic is was the match between HBK and Shelton on Raw. That finish was awesome. Shelton did a huge springboard, and HBK got him with the superkick.

But if you want someone that more people remember, the birth of Austin 3:16.

One that comes to my mind is the Owen Hart tragedy, where he fell to his death, truly one of saddest moments in wrestling history.

Savage DDP was probably one of the top feuds wcw came up with in the late 90's. Savage could do it all in the ring and DDP has said Savage showing him how to build a fued and work a match helped his career tremendously.

I don't remember anything ring related to DDP, and I watched WCW quite a bit, just the Diamond Cutter.

I don't anything about his past feuds or anything, besides the Taker/DDP stalker feud.

He's a great person though, so yeah, opinions.

I don't exactly dislike that moment, but I don't think Benoit should have ever been given one of the big belts. He was a good US champion, but he didn't have a strong enough character to be one of the big boys, and he was a bit boring.
