I get the feeling I am one of the few people who grew up in the 80s and hated Hogan back then. Maybe it is because I grew up in NWA and Mid South country. But even as a kid I found him boring. He is a major reason why I wasn't that much into WWF.

I understand that some people don't like the Hulkster, but by bringing Hogan back for Wrestlemania, this instantly brings in additional views and interest from my demographic (grew up with 80's - early 90's WWF, hasn't watched WWE seriously since '03, hasn't casually followed for the last 5 or so years, only still on TPWW for casual and hockey).
Now I'm hearing news about Ultimate Warrior and the Hall of Fame? Consider me sold. "Golden era WWF" nostalgia = $$$ for Vince's wallet. :y: |
