I read this and just thought "Wow, risky," simply because I'm not sure Eva really knows what she's doing. At least someone like Renee Young has some knowledge about the business. This is a judgment though. Maybe Eva Marie has been studying like crazy?

I've thought for years that they should use Jerry Lawler as a manager instead of as a commentator. Now I've had the reoccurring thought that the WWE should consider opening up another development promotion in Memphis and have King run it. Maybe hire Tracy Smothers and Cheerleader Melissa as trainers and have WWE and NXT talent pass through. A few of the worries I've heard about NXT has been that it's too localized and talent doesn't get enough exposure working different crowds. A separate promotion would allow the WWE have another starter school for guys, and give them a whole different environment in which to work. Especially with NXT getting bigger and more viable as its own brand.

So LL Cool J needs that much time eh?

I was hoping to see Damian MizDow get his WM moment.

I'd rather see the Tag Title match main show than the Andre Battle Royal. But both being on the pre-show doesn't really work for anyone.

There's no reason each match could not be worked live during the 4 hour event. Putting them on the pre show takes the piss out of both the tag titles and the battle royal. Why even hype it if it's not going to be on the show?

Ditto what Damian Rey said. Really, are all the other tons of matches really taking that long on a 4 hour show? Fuck that. This is setting up to be one of the most disappointing WM's ever.

I mean, how fucking long are they giving these matches. None of them should really get more than 20 to 30 minutes. For fuck sakes the damn battle royal was one of the best parts of Mania last year. Even the tag match could be fun. It also justifies the battle royal. "See fans? Cesaro won the 2014 battle royal, and now he's here a year later defending a championship on the grandest stage". Sure, we know that's shit and Cesaro was severely undercut, but it'd be a decent marketing point for the match nonetheless.

Why does it matter so much? The matches are still happening and will be on the WWE Network regardless.

I don't know. He's no better or worse than he was 4 years ago. They committed to him when they penciled him in to win the main event of WrestleMania. That's kind of an "lolWWE" move.

It's not 1989, no one gives a shit about you or your stupid ass app. As if having 2 music performances on the show wasn't bad enough, now I get 2 performances and a washed up rap artist letting me know how awesome this app is going to be. Unless this thing is blowing me while simultaneously making me a sandwich, I don't want to fucking hear about it.

Third, fuck off WWE. Your tag division is on life support and putting the championship on the line in the pre show isn't going to do anything for it, except to get even more saying "well, I guess that championship isn't important, now is it?"

Fourth, fuck off Vince McMahon. Because we all know that you have the final say in all of this nonsense, and dropping the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal to the pre show not only disparages the memory of someone whom you say you cared deeply for, but also is a slap in the face oh whoever wins the match. Like, ha. We could have given you 30 seconds on the actual show to celebrate your win, but fuck that LL is wayyyyyy more important.

And lastly, THE SHOW IS 4 FUCKING HOURS LONG. How long are these other matches and music performances going to go on for?

All the main events and the ladder match are going to easily go 30-45 minutes. It's better to put these matches on the 2 hour preshow and give them time than cut them down to less than 10 minutes on the main show. They are loading the preshow to get people to watch the WWE Network and have a 6 hour WrestleMania binge wrestling party.
