Triple H should have told Ambrose that if he didn't return the title Reigns is out of MITB. That would have got the job done.

Simple explanation: As a reward for the New Day's help last week, the Authority awarded them with a spot in the Money in the Bank match. Since Kofi hit the winning move in the tag title Elimination Chamber match, the New Day picked Kofi to represent them in Money in the Bank.

Bray Wyatt is probably the only guy officially confirmed for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match that makes any kayfabe sense.
