Going to need a lot of filler if Orton-Bray match is off now. 1 hour pre-show to go with a 3 hour ppv.

Are they having a pre-show? Is the runtime confirmed as 3 hours? If so, I am thinking we are getting squash matches tonight for Baron,Kane and maybe Apollo Crews.

Six scheduled matches on a three-hour show. One of those matches is reportedly cancelled.

Smackdown's first PPV of the brand split is off to a great start.

According to PWI, Orton failed a concussion test and had to get pulled from the card. Observer is hinting the WWE could go with Bray-Kane as a replacement since they've been testing out a possible feud on house shows.

It's a PPV. Someone needs to step up and bury Bray Wyatt!

Probably safe to assume RAW ppvs are going to just use the RAW stage and only the Big 4 or inter-brand ppvs get special designs.

Only matches I care about are the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match and Intercontinental Championship match. Don't care one bit about the stupid Smackdown named championships.

SmackDown and RAW Championships being named as such is at least a step up from the World/Universal dynamic. They mean the same thing. If someone the universally recognized champion, they are the World Champion, and vice versa.

I don't care about the belts because they have Alexa Bliss and Carmella challenging for one after having been on the main roster for a sneeze, and the other has been contested in a tournament fought over by losers. Styles vs. Ambrose is going to rock, however.

I don't think they'll put Wyatt against Kane on PPV. I can understand them doing that for house shows, but they know it is going to stink the joint up. My guess is we get a Wyatt promo and then something that is actually pretty cool. It might be too early for Samoa Joe or Shinsuke Nakamura to get called up, but for a guest appearance? I mean, WWE had to know that Orton was not cleared heading into this right?

By the way -- this is why Brock busting people open hard way is fucking dumb, and this is probably why Chris Jericho got pissed backstage. He's not a mark, he just realizes this is supposed to be a work. Has the WWE forgotten that?

I disagree. If the two top titles are Universal and World the Tag and Women's divisions should be as well. Smackdown and Raw sound generic and makes the titles seem less important.

Baron Corbin would be an instant babyface if he gave this kid the End of Days.

Hot finish for the Corbin/Crews match. Crews is so great in the ring, I just wish I could give him a personality transfusion. There's something really solid underlying Corbin's skill-set, but there's something very weird about him. I think he'll have a long and successful career whether we like it or not.

The hype video for Styles vs. Ambrose is pretty shit from a team that usually does really great work. I get what they're going for (AJ Styles rambles about how great he is all the time), but it was really off.

I also hate how they should it on the Kickoff when you're also going to get it on the PPV.
