Pretty much. Best case is the show does what RAW failed to do and actually give a strong focus for the division instead of feeling as just quickly thrown together or meaningless segments on RAW.

Probably didn't help the only thing hyped for the debut show was the title match.

Really good main-event, crowd finally got into it and is chanting for Swann!

All in all the show has loads of potential but they have some kinks to work out.

Gallagher could get over on RAW 100% positive.

First match is pretty skippable but Gallagher's debut and Kendrick-Swann were pretty good tonight.

Kendrick Swann with the crowd involved felt like a cwc match. I don't think a cruiser match since the CWC has had that feeling

The first forty minutes was like they never even canceled superstars.

I love Gallagher and Swann and Kendrick, but Jesus Christ was a lot of this episode painful. I'm hopeful it will get better, but it's got some ways to go first.

Which means next week will see Ho Ho Lun wrestle one of the Bollywood Boyz for 20 minutes before Cedric Alexander w/ Alicia Fox loses to Ariya Daivari w/ Emmalina in a burqa, completing the Brody's Clay-like never ending debut hype.

I adore Kendrick, but I've not enjoyed him in the main roster Slowweight division. Was fantastic in the CWC though, but even now, I'm glad he couldn't handle that.

The roster is stacked with talent, so no idea why you'd have Bollywood on the first segment unless it was a squash. I mean, Tozawa needs to shine and isn't on your first episode?

They've got some kinks to work out, but ultimately this was pretty good. They're trying to get these guys over. The roster seems...lacking. I don't know what it is, but it just seems like a bunch of normal guys. Jack Gallagher is an amazing man though. I was wondering who the babyface you build to beat up Kendrick should be, and now I've decided that it should be Gallagher.

Swann winning the title to make the first episode stand out makes sense, but honestly, I've been underwhelmed by the guy. I think he will get better and better, but it's hard to find that natural appeal with his story without making it sound like a pity party.

I've got my own list, the list of people who can't handle it.

I'll probably give it another shot next week. I'm curious to see who they put Swann against, because they seem to be moving Kendrick towards TJ Perkins. Maybe they just build to a Triple Threat?

They beat a legit team of badasses that has had a little bit of steam on Raw. So, there is that.

Paraphrasing that, but I remember it being a ridiculous statement like that.....

Was thinking..the Bollywood Boyz seem wasted not on the main roster of either show as a tag team given how awful the tag rosters are. Separate they're never going to amount to anything even within the cruiser dividion and without cruiser tag titles it seems pointless to keep an actual tag team around for 205 live and random cruiser tag matches.

They would never amount to anything in the tag division either, and we don't really need another jobber team.

Main event was dope. Would have preferred Kendrick to have a longer run, but I like Swann, so it's all good.
