TPWW Survivor XXVI - DELETION Is A Temporary Inconvenience
 

Rules:

• Everybody selects somebody from the WWE roster, no duplicates allowed. If the contest hasn't yet started, you can change your selection once by making a new post saying you're changing your selection (don't just edit your original post).
• Your wrestler is eliminated if he or she submits or is pinned during a televised match on Raw, SmackDown, 205 Live, Main Event or a Network (formerly PPV) event. Disqualifications, count outs, or being eliminated from a battle royal / Royal Rumble does not cause elimination. In multi-man matches (tag, triple threat, etc.), only the person who is pinned or submits is out. NXT does not count and NXT exclusive wrestlers are wasted picks. Main roster WWE Network Specials (ie. Tribute to the Troops) DO count.
• Your wrestler will also be eliminated if he or she goes three weeks without having a televised match in a WWE ring for any reason whatsoever (injury, future endeavors, etc.). There is a constant countdown going on from your wrestler's last match, so even if bad luck happens - you can still potentially win as long as everyone else loses in that span. In the event of two or more competitors being eliminated on the same day due to this rule and that impacting on podium positions (rank 1-3), the wrestler positions will be determined by time of last performance (meaning main eventing is more valuable than opening). If you suffer a ban for the length of the game you will be disqualified.
• If you win you get your choice of either first pick next season or two picks for the next season. If you take the option of two picks, you must wait until at least three other people have selected in order to prevent you from becoming The Skippord. If you are inactive upon winning to the creation of the next season, you will not get first pick and instead get 2 picks. In accordance with previous versions of this rule, new seasons will only be created after a minimum wait period of two days.
• A wrestler must be an active participant in a match for it to reset the three-week timer. Lumberjacks, special referees, managers, "enforcers," guest commentators, etc. do NOT count.

Sign-ups are allowed until the start of the 15th May 2017 edition of WWE Monday Night Raw at the start of the show, in the beginning of this night, right then, on Monday, May 15, on this day, eliminations will be eliminated, starting on this show, on the WWE television, in the genesis of McGillicutty.

Winning wrestlers must sit out 3 seasons before returning. Luke Gallows is out for winning Season 23. Braun Strowman is out for winning Season 24. Neville is out for winning Season 25. Mojo Rawley is banned from Season 26 for cheating at Wrestlemania. Fuck Mojo.

I will be participating in the game, but in the interest of fairness, I won't make my pick until at least ten wrestlers have been chosen and will then probably just waste my pick on Fandango.

For winning season XXV, DAMN iNATOR has a pick for Noid, and his name is Jeff Harvey.

Smeat's 2nd place streak has been broken, but not in a glorious hard earned championship win but because Big E's 3 week streak is still alive. Tearjerker twists this season.

I think that's garbage, the match was ruled a draw so I don't see how that pin counts. It should be the final decision in a 2 out of 3 falls match that eliminates a competitor.

Should still count as a tap out considering it still goes down as a submission win by Joe. Same for a towel throw if it ever happens.


Jeff is still out going by Survivor Series rules with each fall counting as a match itself. Sheamus pinned Jeff, Matt pinned Ceasro, and the 3rd fall never happened so Matt escaped a potential elimination.

Maybe could have argued if the match was throw out or a no contest but WWE says it was a draw/tie so the falls still stand.

Joe's win is officially listed as a knockout, which under current rules isn't an elimination. I'd personally count it as a legit loss and elimination worthy but that's not the rules this season at least, and guys have done it before and not been eliminated (nobody who survived a KO or pass out finish has ever gone on to win ftr). By the rules Roman survives this one, like he would a countout or DQ loss.

I wouldn't count a towel throw as an elimination since that's such a bullshit finish, "I Quit" matches are also a grey area. Technically you could class "quitting" as a submission but most of the time it's some ridiculous spot.

Jeff is not even a case, Adamle is just super salty that DAMN iNATOR has bested him in artistic combat.

I eliminated him first... and besides, since I'm now in charge of TPWW Survivor I will clarify that in 2 out of 3 falls matches there needs to be a decisive winner and loser for falls to count. Jeff Hardy is still in.

I must say Mike suddenly and actually does make an absurd amount of sense. I can see his point in the fact the 2 of 3 falls should only count for the winner and since it was a draw she shouldn't be eliminated.

The exact same can be said for Nia vs. Sasha. These ladies will be battling each other for the next 5 or more years so we should be looking at the winner of the war, not the battle. Therefore, Nia is still in this. Since she is my pick I will keep track of the win/loss recrod against each other as I only feel that is fair. I will post the results in this thread when one of them retires. Until that point Nia is still in this.
