Who was never a Heel in their career?

I mean a career over a year.

Loose Cannon 05-26-2004 05:29 PM

Steamboat
Maven

John la Rock 05-26-2004 05:33 PM

Eugene well he's only been in the company for a month so he doesn't count

Savio 05-26-2004 05:34 PM

...or a face.

MVP 05-26-2004 05:36 PM

Ultimate Warrior?

PorkSoda 05-26-2004 05:41 PM

Warrior was never a heel.

Dusty Rhodes I don't think was ever a heel. King Kong Bundy was never a face, Can't spell his name off the top of my head, but Nicholi Volkoff was never a face either.

John la Rock 05-26-2004 05:42 PM

was Mick Foley ever a heel?

Jordan 05-26-2004 05:42 PM

I don' think the Bushwackers were ever heel.

Rhodes was a heel. He joined the NWO at some point.

Volkoff was a face too when he teamed with Duggan or something and started supporting the USA.

Jordan 05-26-2004 06:35 PM

Jim Duggan, I can't remember if he was ever heel. Dino Bravo, I think he was a heel throughout his WWF career. Tito Santana, I don't think he was ever a heel. Koko B. Ware was never a heel. Bam Bam Bigelow may never have been a face, but I think im wrong on that.

John la Rock 05-26-2004 06:42 PM

wasn't Hackshaw a heel when he joined Lance Storm and Team Canada?

Bam Bam was a face in his early WWF career. He was on Hogan's Survivor Series team one year. In fact, I think they turned him heel by having him betray Hogan. KayfabeMan, help a brother out.

Innovator 05-26-2004 06:54 PM

loopys right. Back in '87 and '88 Bam Bam was a big face, only a couple of slots behind Hogan I think. In the eyes of casual fans he was a big favorite going into the tournament in Wrestlemania IV. He had knee surgery I think and came back a heel. Then in '95 he turned on the Million Dollar Corporation and became face again.

Rob 05-26-2004 07:22 PM

Absolutely everyone except Steamboat and Maven have been both. EVERYONE! If you are thinking "oh this guy might not have" then you are wrong. Bret Hart, Rob Conway, Ted DiBiase, Jim Duggan, etc ALL BEEN BOTH

Rob 05-27-2004 04:26 PM

All the guys mentioned have been faces and heels. Remember their careers existed of more than just WWE and WCW. Rude started his career as a face and Bret Hart was a heel in the Hart Foundation in the 80's for a start.

I'm not saying it just to be right, it's just the facts. Steamboat and Maven are the only guys.

Stickman 05-27-2004 04:32 PM

Was Yokozuna a face?

Esoteric 05-27-2004 04:37 PM

regal was a face on raw. he was even a face as commissioner on raw for a while.

KingofOldSchool 05-27-2004 06:25 PM

Rob is correct.

Everyone that has been mentioned barring Steamboat and Maven have been both heel and face.

DiBiase started his run in Mid South as a face, he wrestled in the WWWF as a face for a while.

Remember Honky Tonk Man came in as a face, likewise with Dino Bravo and the Rogeau's.

Greg Valentine has been a face in his career as well.

I know a few of them have yet to be mentioned but they prolly would have been mentioned soon so I figured I'd get them out of the way.

I guess jobbers can't really be included here? If so, Mike Jackson (WCW) was never a heel (or a face for that matter) :-\

This topic proves one thing... Ricky Steamboat is the greatest face... EVER.

BTW, I'm pretty sure Rob was right a LONG time ago. Everyone who has been mentioned has at one time been a heel at one point.
