Some good stuff on this Smackdown, but some weird booking.

- There is no logical reason for Carmella not to cash in Money in the Bank after beating the champion and having her down for the count already. The only way this makes sense is if Carmella turns around and goes to Daniel Bryan demanding a title shot because she pinned the champ. Daniel Bryan would be all "you have a title shot anytime you want right there", and Carmella would say that having the case shouldn't prevent her from earning a shot like she did, citing all the other times pinning the champ got a person a title shot.

- Randy Orton pinning Jinder Mahal in a Grudge Match..... what the hell was the point of this? I mean, obviously the point was to give Randy Orton his "revenge"..... but they had both already moved on last week. Just let it be. Now to build to your Jinder Mahal vs. Nakamura title match, you have the champ lose clean to some guy not involved with the title anymore.

I feel like Lana is gonna eventually turn face and get a "scrappy rookie underdog" gimmick. Her first feud will be vs. Tamina.

Somehow the WWE felt it was better to make Randy look strong heading into his random feud with Rusev than to keep the champion looking strong for the bigger and more important WWE title feud for SummerSlam. Also because they still don't like the idea of crowds being happy for a hometown star winning.

They should have never done the grudge match to begin with since it made the Punjabi Prison match meaningless in the end for importance.

Just watched Nakamura sit-down interview out of curiosity. He really is just another guy now saying the same generic things all the other faces say. Damn.
