Even if he got busted for strike two, he can get it removed via the "Orton Rule" by entering a WWE program for Wellness violations. Wouldn't be surprised if Jeff Hardy already entered the program considering he came back with two strikes on his record I think.

Also the threshold to actually get busted for roids in the WWE is at a level where you'd have to be purposely trying to trigger a violation. Forgot the exact amount but its somewhere between 5-20x higher than legit sports testing.

You guys should work this out on AIM. Let's talk about Roman doing steroids. If Roman has passed 11 tests, then he must've been training with John Cena. Hahaha, j/k, who cares? Good for him if he's passing his tests. He's always been about the size he is now, and since he doesn't work without a top on he can concentrate on bulk building compound exercises. I've stood next to him and he's a very thick guy, very strong looking. But compared to Cena they have nothing in common, I don't think he has a body by steroids. Body by football.

Certain sterioids are illegal in the US, but modern "steroids" aren't. I don't think HGH is illegal except by sports testing, and Testosterone Replacement Therapy is available to anyone.
