Time for another installment of Thinking Differently - the game where you're trying to give the correct answer nobody else will give.

We're going with a themed game this week as it's RassleMania weekend. All of the questions this time are WM-themed and are pretty straightforward as we may wind up getting some new players involved with the influx in volume on the boards over the weekend.

Do we get points for putting the same answer as someone or a different answer?

You get points for putting the same answer. The idea is to give correct answers that the fewest number of people will say.

It's been a mixed bag so far. Sometimes the obvious answers get the least amount of points because everyone's trying to think of an obscure response - other times people play themselves and give the obvious answer only to find that everyone else did the same thing (see: Bobby Heenan as "Name a member of the Heenan Family")

When you say "won a title" does it count if they are the defending champion?

There is one answer to one of these questions that I didn't use that I will be shocked if it isn't listed when the results are revealed.

Honestly the toughest one for me was thinking of a tag team championship winner... took me a while

I went safe with this one. Jeff Hardy. I'm sure he's won it @ Mania at least once.

I went with the Usos since they are always in a tag match.

I hope I'm the only one to remember the dark match I submitted but I doubt it.

Dunno when I'll do the results, I only posted this on Thursday evening. Might leave it up through Tuesday night or something since it's still part of the WM long weekend. Only answers through WM33 count anyway.

Notes from the Official Scorer:

PLURALITY: I was a hard-ass with scoring in terms of listing more than one person. When I say name A wrestler, name A celebrity, etc. I want one person. Therefore answers for Edge & Christian (Tag Title win), The Blackjacks (HOF), and Drowning Pool (Celebrity) were marked as wrong. In the latter two though it didn't really make a difference since no answer was picked more than twice.

LOCATION LENIENCY: I did, however, decide to not be a total cunt with Mania host city. I could have been super duper specific with the host city (shoutout to Shisen with his answer of Pontiac)....which would've meant disallowing Las Vegas and Dallas. But let's be real, nobody thinks of those Mania locations as Paradise or Arlington.

TAG TEAM TURMOIL: Smash was picked 3 times for the Tag Title winner question and Bushwhacker Butch was picked 2 times for HOFer. Ax and Bushwhacker Luke were not picked at all.

MOTORHEAD MADNESS: Hilariously, two separate Motorhead drummers were listed for the celebrity question. This required research which yielded that Phil Taylor left the band in 1992, 9 years before their WM17 appearance.

The last three questions all got no more than two duplicate responses. This whole board is thinking differently!

Winning the Undisputed IC title at Mania doesn't count for Razor Ramon?

Razor did keep his IC title but also won HBK's own IC title in the process.

What does "other title win" mean?

Does Zip not count because they won the tag team titles at the WrestleMania 12 Free For All?

I thought "other" title win meant just another one we didn't list. Not a jobber title that has been retired.

So that meant no World titles, IC/US titles, or Tag Titles. So European, Hardcore, Cruiserweight, and all women's belts were fair game.

Yokozuna winning the WWE title killed me, that was more that a third of my total points lol. I did get 5 single entries though, so a good showing!

I think if you are the only person to say the answer you should get a 0 not a one. Why penalize for the one person guessing being me?

Yeah the objective of the game is to get 10 points. You can't win a game with zero points.

The objective would be to get 0 points. It’s like a game show here in the UK called Pointless.

If everyones points are lowered by 1 then nobodies points are lowered by 1.

This would be easier if the scores were counted like in the game "Countries, cities" (I'm sure you have this game, probably called differently). Wrong answer is 0, right answer is 5, unique right answer is 10.
