Last week's RAW. It's basically the Hardcore Championship minus the weapon usage. R-Truth is the current and 2x champion, leading many to believe he may be booked similarly to Crash Holly with the Hardcore Championship c. 1999-2000.

I guess the point is a chance for theoretically all the lower card superstars to win the championship, because apparently Vince thinks everyone DOES deserve a participation award.
