Kairi replaces Asuka, who it out with an injury

Was dumb to even book Asuka vs. Shayna with no build or care given to begin with.

Despite not being a fan of Shanya's matches in NXT, Kairi was one of the very few who managed to get good to great matches out of Shayna's style of wrestling. Hopefully they keep that streak going tonight.

Drew's Claymore Kick to Lesnar was pretty great. Helps that Lesnar sold the effect of it like a million bucks.

I don't think Brock has ever put over someone like that before. WWE is attaching the rocket ship to Drew McIntyre.

Bit dumb to not just wait till the weekend to do the title match though. Then again WWE also booked themselves in a corner by making it the last chance for the Street Profits.

Remember when WWE said rematches were no longer automatic for title losers?

That lasted like what a month tops before WWE forgot.

RAW tag title change ended up being a change just for the sake of it since Rollins simply invoked his rematch clause for the Chamber ppv.

I wish they had forgot so Bray could get a rematch with Goldberg and destroy him this time. :(

WWE really needs to rename the 24/7 title to something else if the rules are constantly being changed or paused for matches.

If there is one good thing about Black's entrance, its that it fits Black way better than had it been used for the Taker.

Black revealed in an interview last week he originally wasn't meant to have that entrance since WWE wanted Taker to use it instead but for some reason they never went ahead with the plan.

Amazing that the year is 2020 and the most somewhat interesting storyline heading into Wrestlemania is Randy Orton vs Edge.

If it wasn't for the very hot start and the last 30 minutes or so, RAW would have been dire tonight for quality.

That middle part of the show might have been the worst of the year soo far.

Raw was literally 10 minutes from my apartment tonight and I just didn't go... didn't even watch after like 30 minutes.

Hopefully Vince doesn't get bored with him like he did the very first time.

To be fair, I believe that was a Smackdown specific rule, but even then, they didn't really clarify. But this is also the company that put on a live show then expected everyone to just roll along with pausing for the benefit of commercials for the viewers at home.

They've stated before that they suspend the rule if the current champion is in an "actual" match so there is no outside interference shenanigans.

However, they should just give it the Madusa treatment. All it does is signal all the jobbers that they think nobody should ever care about, and is about as useful as pre "Women's Revolution" Divas multi-woman 4v4 or 5v5 tag matches that only served as an excuse to get a bunch of them on TV that week. Most of them wouldn't even participate in the match and just be on the apron for no reason.

Because we are at late stage WCW territory with this company. All we need is the "It's time for the Luchadors" generic trumpet music before they would have a match between El Dandy and Silver King or somesuch.

Haven't seen it. Raw was good after the Royal Rumble, but I didn't have time to watch today so I doubt I ever will.

I watched the YouTube clips as I have done pretty much since just before Xmas. It hides a lot of the shit.

I was really impressed with how McIntyre came across; the crowd were into him. Hopefully WWE can maintain/follow through with the momentum.

Same for Street Profits, crowd seemed to eat them up (unless they’re tampering with the reactions for the YouTube videos?). I also liked that Murphy is dressing like Seth now. Can’t see the same reactions in the rematch on Sunday.

The AJ/Taker/Black stuff has me more interested than I expected.

The Orton/Beth promo was great.

The Rowan reveal was lame. Not interested in Riott/Morgan. Skipped Baszler/Sane. The Ricochet thing is disheartening. The Latino Division, whilst great performers, have been going backwards and forwards with each other in various permeations for months now, I need some sort of progress in a storyline here.

Dammit! I meant to ask (because I didn't watch this shit) if the cage reveal was better or worse than the inital reveal of Kane's "burned" face?

Seriously though, what's the deal with Riddick Moss?

He's gone from being in a jobber tag team on NXT to being Mojo's stooge for all of a week to pinning Ricochet clean on Raw in about three months, after being in NXT for five years and never showing a thing that would make you think he'd get over with a crowd.

That was the best version of Kane. Even with the mandatory being dragged down by a fued with Shane McMahon, that version of Kane was incredible. Lighting JR on fire, amazing!

The million dollar question

Either Triple H totally BSed his star value in order for Vince to not take anyone of real value from NXT or Moss did some amazing reverse psychology to get a new hefty deal and main roster push.

I think it's more like Elias or Alexa Bliss, where Vince pushes someone with no NXT success just to rub it in Triple H's face.

This match didn't make the Hulu cut so I guess I don't need to go find it.

Despite all of Rowans Rage. It was just a spider in a cage.
