Darby-Cody hype video was pretty good.

Been liking these hype videos AEW has been doing the past couple weeks for important matches on tv. Gives a PPV feel to them even if the actual match ends up being disappointing (ex. Moxley vs. Hager).

I still think the final will be Cody vs Lance

I hope it’s Lance v Darby and it’s an absolute slaughter

Guess Cody is sleeping on the couch tonight after letting Brandi take the brunt of that attack.

Lance v Darby should be what Brock v Ambrose was supposed to be

Cody probably just bought himself a week of sleeping on the couch. Was bad enough he let his wife get hurt, now he spilled the water she had brought out for a drink.

Cody vs Darby zoomed by, good finish, both look strong

Lil late to the party. wasssah

Coffin Drop into a pin counter could have been better but that was a very good match.

2nd best out of the trilogy between Cody and Darby.

All of these commercials are freaking horrible . . . This is the only show I watch live with commercials...

I would like to see Darby win his next match

This has been a fun ep. Kinda relieved it’s the last of the QT Marshall gym shows assuming they’re now gonna have access to most of the roster next week, or at least those willing to go. I don’t agree with taping more shows but if they gotta do it at least it’ll feel a little less “claustrophobic” in a bigger venue.

Britt Baker is a friggin great heel.

Nice to see Rebel too. I miss her glorious ass in TNA.

Total bullshit if they're going the brother vs. brother route.

Lance's routine of randomly beating up someone during his entrance is great. Love that he kept that routine from NJPW.

25 minutes for this match seems like a mistake unless AEW is going to do a big post-match stardown or brawl with Lance and Cody afterwards to eat up time.

This is getting some time -- I wonder if Archer beats the shit really bad out of Dustin at the end of the show

Thinking the same thing.

Archer can probably go 25. But not Dustin.

Hopefully they learned their lesson from Mox/Hager.

Archer busting out a moonsault was pretty cool.

Lance Archer is really, really, really good

Hope Jake will be there for the Lance Cody match. Will be missing something without him.

Archer vs. Dustin was decent to good. Should have been a lot shorter though or at least be way more brutal if they were going to do a towel throw tease spot at the end.

Back-to-back weeks where they probably should have swapped the tournament matches around since the first match was a lot more entertaining.

Rest of Dynamite was very good and overall a pretty fun show this week.

A fun show. Some thoughts.

Cody v Darby was great. Both guys look strong. I know they've been building to Archer v Cody since Jake came back, but man Darby could've used the win and created an interesting matchup and making Cody have to wait to avenge his brother and try for a title. But fun match evenwith little clunky of a finish.

I really like Trent. He needs a last name, but he's got the best look of the 3 and best friends and the one who maybe has the most upside. Also like Sabian, but he needs to bulk up. No reason he can't add some mass the way MJF has.

The virus has clearly hurt an already under water angle with the Dark Order. And try as he might, Brody doesn't have enough to do to and I'm not interested in this. Wish he was on his own.

Wardlow needs to use that corner knee as his finisher. Brutal looking.

Loved the Britt Baker skit.

Absolutely loved Archer v Dustin. Loved it. 2 big ass hosses. Dustin selling his ass off for Archer. The moonsault spot was great. But I love that I was just essentially a slug fest and that Dustin got very little momentum. A long match that further solidified Archer as a fucking monster. And great finish.

Yeah, I missed Shida this week.

That said, I think they've been trying to vary their cast as best they could the last few eps given that they only had somewhere around 25 performers in the building to get through what was 5 weeks of television.
